For me power is reasonable inexpensive and I have access to ample capacity.  I was a little surprised at how much per circuit it cost me to build it though.  Unfortunately the building I am in has 480/276V so have to transform it to 3ph 208v.

I like now that I can buy the M3 with PayPal, much easier than BTC/BCH.  Unfortunately our exchanges in Canada are not that reliable right now for sending or receiving fiat.  I did just get verified on Kraken though and it seems to be working well.

Glad you had good experience, yes the 48 hours delivery was a job well done by DHL or FEDEX, not Pangolin. The delay in handling the M3 to the freight company is main concern with some backlog as far at 15th Feb.

Have you sent in a support ticket??? You, and the guy posting above,  need to send one. Usually, they are really good about "on time" delivery. Sucks that it's happening, but I just wanted to assure you that, they indeed, have a good product. I've had mine "cooking" for
nearly 2 weeks,  with zero issues. I suggest sending a support ticket, and patiently see what happens. I know that's hard to do.

When you get the miner, and if you need help setting up, please post here. I'll give you a hand, if I can. Goodluck!!!

No issues for me either, received 4 M3's that I had ordered earlier than expected and very quick DHL delivery to Canada.  I just ordered 5 more but Paypal is holding my payment with the statement "Regulations require us to take a closer look at some transactions. Your payment is temporarily pending while we review it."  I suspect it has to do with the amount being over $10K CAD.

My first experience with ASIC miners and I was pleasantly surprised, they just work, and I am getting almost 12 TH/s on each one and sometimes more.  They sure do put out a lot of heat though!

Will you try to by again then?
Would you recommend their process?

Pangolin did get back to us with a refund, however they did not refund the full amount which is quite disappointing.

We sent 0.48278566 BTC and their refund was for 0.46830209 BTC which is a difference of about $200 USD.

I've asked for an explanation, will report here when I get one.

Update - they deducted a 3% transaction fee of some sort - no clear explanation, 3% of BTC value today or 3% of USD value converted to BTC.  It just is what it is I guess.

Yes I would try again but I wouldn't send funds from QuadrigaCX again, I will make sure to use a blockchain.info or btc.com wallet as they recommend - I hadn't seen this recommendation earlier and also had placed two previous orders without issue.

We have sent all of the details to Pangolin and they have responded however it has been 10 hrs since all of the information was sent to them.

Be prepared to wait a couple of days. It's been in my experience that, Pangolinminer does not work
on the weekends. Atleast, not anyone in the "office".

They did get back to me over the weekend saying they can not honor our order as the correct payment amount was not received but acknowledge that it is not our fault, they have asked for a wallet address to refund to and I have provided it.  Hopefully we have our refund within 48 hrs.

Disappointing that they couldn't just mark our order as paid along with the other order but I am happy that they are providing a refund, hopefully they release some more Feb batch at the same price so we can re-place our order.

We ordered Whatsminer M3's last night and sent payment via our exchange.

Unfortunately our exchange sent a different amount and our order has been canceled but none the less our BTC is still gone and order on Pangolin canceled.

Upon further investigation we discovered the exchange we use merged our payment with someone else's (another customer of both Pangolin & our exchange) so Pangolin did not apply our payment to our order or the other customers (whom I have no idea who it is).

There are two major issues here:

1) Our exchange should not be merging payments from two different customers to the same receiving address in the same transaction EVER
2) Pangolin should use a separate receiving address for each order to simply the reconciliation process.

We have sent all of the details to Pangolin and they have responded however it has been 10 hrs since all of the information was sent to them.

Fingers crossed we do not lose our BTC.
