It's a centralized exchange, and it looks for tokens to add, obviously for free.
The interface is quite nice.

The funny thing is that there are people that are not going to take this opportunity now and get their coins listed for free, they are only going to start bothering when the exchange turns out to be a big exchange tomorrow. Just saying though, but you never know what tomorrow have in stock. Then another thing op, I think you should have posted the link to the website, you are allowed to post links as long as you’re not posting referral links. I don't want to be a bad prophet, but in 99% we know what will be tomorrow - an exchange in oblivion without any real liquidity and volume.
For a few reasons:
1. A real business will not goes after 'a friend is moderator for an exchange'.
2. I (as a client/trader) would't trust a such exchange.
I remember Deeponion trying to get on any possible exchange. You could check https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/deeponion/#markets and see on how many they have any volume at all. Plus few already bankrupted like stock.exchange (or something like that)
To make a good exchange you don't need to list all shhtcoins, you need to have decent liquidity and client's trust.

I entered your site and did not see the link that shows that you have some license, can you post the link that shows that you have some license? This will be very good for your future clients.

At the moment I see a PerfectMoney as an option - ding dong the Red bell is ringing.
They are not licensed at all. They doesn't offer any real USD/Euro, just PM & AdvCash transfers.
The site also is doing 'the exchange' manually as it's having a working time: Weekdays 9:00 - 23:00

them increasing fees they take from merchant to process their transactions means merchants have to increase their prices to cover the difference if they don't want to lose money or eat into their profit.
on the other hand using bitcoin doesn't have that fee. so if they get paid in bitcoin they can offer their goods at a "discount" and that can create incentive for people to make payment in bitcoin hence increasing adoption.

Most of the population never used and will never use crypto of any kind. Even we, crypto users, usually are ending up with crypto - fiat conversion and paying with Visa/MC.
Nobody (big) retail will waste it times to make a special discounts for the tiny crypto population. Time is money.
NTS is so unknown and with so low volume that it's pointless to look it serious. You can't make any correct analysis on a coin where 1BTC trading volume pick would move the price with XXXX % -/+. Just invest your money in some live alt or ICO.
Like you, I also don't like centralised coins. But to dump a coin just for this and realise a loss... it's kind of dump

I think 2019 and STOs will make the year much better than last. This is why I plan to support every good ICO this year. It's shame not to with this cheap Ether.
