I think most of you guys got manual verification done too right?

how can? I ask to enhance verification but not get reply in 3 weeks until now

Still waiting for a response to my support ticket I submitted two weeks ago. Withdrawal levels for my 3+ years old account were set to 0 without any notification or warning. I did nothing wrong. I traded from time to time. They request to do verification. The simple verification (by providing personal data) did not work because it searches data in a database and that database only contains information of US citizens. So I need to submit ID etc just to make a simple $400 valued altcoin withdrawal 
Bittrex has been my favorite exchange for years. I'll never ever trade on this platform again.

Seems like it happened to everyone too, my manual enhanced verification ticket had some magic done to it yesterday and now everything seems fine, lots of new regulations too, so not surprised they reset everyone's status

I have 100$ balance and I can't do enhanced verification, first I try to basic verification and got this problem 'We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account. '
After that, I try to enhanced verification, I send my Driver License and my selfie, I try too many times, I send my valid photos from the rules, but I got 'Too many failed document uploads. You have failed to automatically verify too many times. Your documents will need to be manually reviewed. Please contact our support desk. Manual review typically takes 7 days but could be longer based on demand.'
What should I do? I already send my driver license and my selfie many times

bittrex say I need to verif my account, I fill Basic Verification and get messages "No public record match We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account."
After i try to enhanced verif, I send my ID and selfie, but get this messages
"There was an error processing your documents
Please reload the page and submit your documents again. Sorry for the inconvenience."
