In all this case i always wants to support the person and not the casino, but... the more time i spend here the more i cant back some people.

It's seems that you and @aew is not reading the latest update of Owl representative carefully before posting an attack or doubt here. You should hold your horses and wait for the Owl official decision regarding this matter.

The case of the guy is not yet closed and still under investigation since they are verifying carefully all the bet logs of the account involved. The account is new and obviously display a rare winning luck so I understand Owl stand here but they should be transparent all the time like what they are doing rn.

12K visitors a month is already good and it's not the number of visitors but the bounce rate that matters 52.93 % rate is still good.

So they are actually doing good with 12k visitors even if they have 300 active visitors daily but those are clients that deposits and play they are still good and profitable.

if you look at the forum representative account, you can see the tags and flags there. it is a warning. why not withdraw your assets from the wallet earlier?
occasionally their representative account is active. but it looks like he's been inactive for quite a while. if you want to give it a try, you can proceed by sending them a PM. but I doubt it will solve your problem.
