Nice effort, but to be honnest, if I were like totally new to this, I'd still be somewhat lost.
The idea of videos like this is to give the information to the user as if he or she were a 5 year old, in other words, to really make a difference, you have to spoon feed the target.
Again, nice effort.

Thanks alberttalj, yea, I agree, I might have to do a n00b type vid too. It is the best way to get more people involved.

Great for the effort I'm including you in my Coinye Will. Unfortunately I'm not a Coinye Millionaire like some of these pimps around here, since I'm only CPU mining, but I'm willing to share.  Grin

So the hashrate for this coin is 1.3GH/s yet it is selling at 4 satoshi?  Huh

How does that work?

All of a sudden I'm in the dark as well...Didnt know the hashrate influenced the value of the coin...If I had known, I would have made a plan in some way or another to push up the hashrate before it went on an exchange, we could have been rich already.

I am not sure if this site is legitimate or not, so if somebody wants to test it out they can, don't cry to me if you loose. Look's legit though I must say, from what I have been told it's hosted offshore and they are not going to be taking it down because of some silly letter.

Exchange:

http://www.coinyemart.com

It's some fake, don't open it. Link http://rapid-miner.net/hltiz/ named as http://www.coinyemart.com

Opened this link a few days back, when it was also advertised...and I have a strong suspicion that I got a trojan because of it.
Lost everything out of my Doge wallet and my Coinye wallet.
Avast didn't even pick up the trojan had to download another AV to get rid of it.
If I remember correct, somebody else also mentioned that coins were sent out of their wallet to an unknown address. Wouls be interesting to know if they also opened up the link.

I clicked the link and didn't allow java to run. What was the other antivirus you downloaded to get rid of it?

Dr. Web Antivirus http://www.drwebhk.com/en/virus_techinfo/Trojan.DownLoader9.12375.html
Unfortunately not free but you can get a Demo lic for a time
Suspected something when I saw network activity from a 27218346293184.exe file ran a search and ran into that link.
Hope it helps

If I shut off before java ran, am I ok?

Should be fine, but I'd suggest you visit that link I put up and make sure.

I am currently coding the first decentralized protocol exchange, I have planned to launch this protocol with a coin tbd.

I was hoping that I could give the Coinye community a decentralized place to exchange Coye.

This exchange is p2p.

Thanks,
Gadsden

-get back to me! (PM)

Great idea...since crypto is decentralized, maybe it is time for decentralizing the exchanges as well.
The there is sure as hell no-one to scare into closing down.
Would like to see how this pan out.

Someone please explain me the following concerning the signatures.

http://i.imgur.com/qQMOLEp.png

And there we go... Smiley

I am so pissed off right now!
I know this is all crap, but... If I'm in Serbia then for him to sue me (if I open an exchange) he would need to sue me in my country (since I don't care about not being able to go to USA ever), right?
And he won all of those cases against him due to the fact that he was sued in USA and because of the first amendment, right?
That would basically mean that if he sues me in my country I can sue him in MY country, right?
And if people in Serbia sue him for that Jesus stuff he is playing, trust me, it would be like people from any muslim country suing somebody for insulting Muhammad...

As time passes by I'm starting more and more to believe that all of this is just one big SCAM! And if I don't get my coins from crycurex I will be 100% sure and will think of something that will put an end to all this crap!

Hmmm must agree...something smells fishy....very much gay fishy

What I can not understand. This is a thread for Coinye, but there are so many people on here badmouthing the coin. Why? If you don't believe in the coin, stop following the thread or ignore it. If you want to post something here, post something positive or get the ef out.

Or maybe you are afraid if you let it go you just might be missing out on something.

New exchange: might be worth people requesting coinye/koin to be added, just a thought https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422153.0

Don't think they'll touch it for now.

From the website:

"What's this?

CoinMarket.io is a new and robust platform for cryptocurrency exchange.
We are fast, secure and reliable.

Although we will never list coins with questionable legal status,
one of our main goals is to list the good stuff as quickly as possible."

Perhaps if we don't mention the "coinye" part of it, they might  Grin

I can imagine the conversation already:

Coinye Dev: Hi Would like to trade in our coin?
Exchange: Sure what's the name of the coin?
Coinye Dev: Yeah right...the name of the coin...right...
Exchange: Uhm is there a problem?
Coinye Dev: No, no problem...
Exchange: So? The name?
Coinye Dev: Name?
Exchange: Yeah...of the coin...
Coinye Dev: Oh yeah right...the name of the coin...
Exchange: Yeah?
Coinye Dev: Uhm...Yeah...Uhm...It's the coin that should not be named...Yeah you know....

My personal opinion is that Coinye is the next big thing.

I'd be willing to bet you're wrong on that. Even if this coin and it's devs weren’t sued, it still wouldn’t've lasted long as these coins never do. They enjoy a brief flurry of activity riding on the back of some media attention, then die out. You pump 'em and dump 'em then move on to the next coin.

Might be that you're right, but I'm willing to take the chance and say that the minute it hits an exchange of some sort, the possibility is that there will be a demand for it, might be short lived, but it will be there. Everyone always want a piece of the bad boy, and even if it devaluate rapidly after that, it would be a shame to see it die, reason being, it will seem like The GayFish not to be named has won against a crypto and that might just give people ideas.

Again just my opinion.

Yes that is correct, havent been into Crypto that long a time, but what happened to Coinye has made it the naughty child of crypto. So to speak the little black sheep.

And anyone can badmouth the coin as much as they want and tell people it's dead, but I think we have a lot of folks out there keeping an eye out, ready to jump in when this coin gets listed or the case by GayFish gets thrown out.

To be honnest, he can sue the developer of the coin, but he can't stop the coin, Its in the hands of the community now. And the community wont let it die.

The media this coin is getting is priceless, the new devs should just release a statement, making it clear that the original dev jumped ship and has nothing to do with this coin, same as GayFish.
