Dortmund continues to give away points as if they were making donations. Leading by two goals, they lost two points in five minutes. It looks like this year will be no different. Bayern will easily win the championship and Dortmund will not be able to challenge them. I like St. Pauli and I was happy they got one point. But if we're going to see Dortmund out of the race again, that's not good for the Bundesliga. People want to see some competition. Otherwise, it'll be a very boring league.
Over the past two seasons I don’t think many people have actually noticed that Dortmund have been basically poor in the Bundesliga. They have just been able to cover this up by making the champions league cut for each of the season. For example they were seriously looking to miss out on champions league football for this season only to flip the clubs on the top and qualify which is the reason why most people haven’t actually seen how bad they are at the moment.
I also agree that Bayern Munich will be most likely the champions at the of the league because they seriously do not have a match at the moment in the Bundesliga, the other supposed top clubs like Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen too are just too poor and as of time of this post cannot compete with Bayern Munich for anything.
That`s a good point. Besides Dortmund, other contenders were also disappointing in opening matchday. Leverkusen, Leipzig and Stuttgart - all three had a poor start. Maybe Frankfurt could become a dark horse of the season (first game against Bremen was inspiring for some positive expectations). And Bayern winning 6-0 against Leipzig in the opening match is like a sign of its clear dominance in the tournament.
You are right man! And not to mention your online businessmen goes to online (or real) casino and his hardly earned money are left out pocket! And only the owners of the shop are highly likely to made of money (but that is not guaranteed as well as you can see some unlucky shop owners even here at the forums). But as to ordinary people, there are 100 more (often unobvious) ways to lose their money (and inflation is just one factor that impacts).
Why exactly is AC Milan lost to this team is what I really do not understand. It is really no a good one for AC Milan at this time but it just like a case of one of the times that football happens to a team and even a big team loose and there are times where a smaller team could loose or can win, we'll I do not really know about the aspect you made mention of the criminality so I cannot comment on that but I just see this as football.
In Serie A matches things like this are commonplace somehow the teams that are considered strong are defeated when playing at home well, this is what happened to AC Milan in the last match even though they dominate from all sides but Cremonese managed to win by scoring 2 goals with 4 shots while AC Milan fired 24 shots
seems a bit funny but this is the fact. There is nothing to be surprised about and the League has just started I mean there will be more surprises.It seems that Milan have a lack of (decisive) strikers in the team. Pulisic is more link-up player and Santiago Gimenez is not convincing in his position. So attacking activity of Milan often remains incomplete (and shot accuracy is low as was the case in the match against Cremonese). And maybe some transfers are needed for Milan to improve its attacking line.

Maybe it will be a serious rival for Getafe or Levante - for Real it was like a walk in the park. So Real will stay focused on goal of winning La Liga and Oviedo will be struggling to avoid relegation. And chances for both teams are existing and pretty equal (in achieving of their ambitions )

An important win for Strasbourg in local "derby du Grand Est". It's the sixth win in a row for Strasbourg in this derby, and the outcome was fully deserved by the club from Alsace. Strasbourg was clearly dominating the game and managed to score once, and Metz couldn't create a big chance at all during the match. So another difficult season for the newcomers Metz, and a comfortable start for Strasbourg. Club from Alsace has a solid squad and will be a tough opponent for all teams (except PSG).
How Athletic club almost lost a nice game they had started against Sevilla was one of my craziest moments of the weekend. Athletic club opened the scoreline with a spot kick from the Spanish wonder kid, Nico Williams which gave the game a new wave. A second strike from Sannadi in the 43rd minutes made me feel the game has ended in first half before a suprise comeback to a 2-2 draw by Sevilla in the 60th and 72nd minutes and also took over the control of the game. A late 81st strike from Navaro saved the Athletic club.
I guess the coaches are taking note of the errors. I used to love Sevilla but since after winning my heart in the last Euro, I have become a Nico Williams lover and wouldn't love to see that team fumble. Athletic club has been a close rival of Sevilla for a long time and only narrowly wins in most cases with only Sevilla winning once in their last 5 games out of a 1-0 victory. Athletic club next game would be against Rayo vallecano and I'm sure it's going to be a 3-1 victory for the Athletics club.

Good win against such a tough opponent for Athletic. For me, Athletic club is main bronze medal contender among with Atletico Madrid now. After an unfortunate start of the season for "rojiblancos" we can expect an favorable outcome for Bilbao in this tournament. And great players like Nico deserve medal podium for their talent and performance. And their loyal supporters also)
Yes, a healthy Giannis can make a difference,without him it will be very difficult for them to achieve anything. France can do it the players you mentioned will be badly missed, but they still have that quality. To be honest, i haven’t been following Spain. In my opinion, Serbia and Germany have the most well prepared teams.
That's true, and that's why they have the better odds for winning the tournament. Even if I didn't see any exhibition game, Serbia and Germany are among the 2 teams that it will be a surprise not to get any medal. Which one will get the gold is a different and early story to discuss. For me, the "riddle" is which teams will follow them. France and Spain will face difficulties with such absences, that's for sure.
For me, the main favorite is Serbia also, and Germany is the second best. Another medal contenders are France, Spain, Lithuania and Greece. Latvia as
host nation will try its best surely - and maybe can become the revelation of the tournament. Other participants are pretty mediocre. Cyprus - as an "isolated island" here - will try not to lose by more then 20 points in every game - but local supporters will have an unique occasion to follow quality basketball in any case.
