You could look at PRiVCY, it's a small cap coin currently pretty much at the bottom. Sure it could go a bit lower as the whole market has been red since a few months ago, but when the market recovers it will go up, seriously up. Just be patient with it, it's a good project with good developers and great community, it's from privacy niche which usually works well in crypto, and long term I can see it having only upsides. You can buy it on crex 24, and check all details on their discord. There's even an airdrop going on for the next 8 weeks so you can get plenty of coins for free if you invest some time and use their signature on this forum.

So many have been dying since the start of crypto, many die today, and many more will die in the upcoming years. It's just the same as with any entrepreneur and it's project, only the strongest survive. Plus on top of that, this is a new industry based on many speculations and nobody really knows how it will behave; plus there are many scams in there, and so many more unknowns. just look for good ideas + good teams + good mentors, those are the conditions that give the best opportunity for a project to succeed.

Well if you can't read about what you're about to invest in, then why would anyone be investing? Sure it's not a problem if they have began the bounty campaign or something, and the whitepaper (doesn't have to be a whitepaper, would be even better if it's a comprehensive explanation of the idea and the way to execute that idea) is being worked on, but if the project reached it's timing for ICO and there isn't even a nice explanation of it, it's almost certainly a scam, and the one targeting not exactly the brightest type of investors. It might possibly be a bad organization (ICO planned for much sooner than it should have been) but what should one expect of a project with such a bad basics in the first place.

Ethereum is well established unlike so many other coins (dare I say, even bitcoin doesn't have much of a use and there are so many blockchains established and working on the ethereum network). So if everything is dying, it may be that ethereum is going down along with everyone else. Though I'm pretty sure that's not the case. Yes it's a long and super negative trend but that's how things go in such new and speculative market. If there is another cycle (and it makes total sense there will be many more, the only question is how high they will reach), I'm sure ethereum will be among the greatest winners.

I guess I haven't invested much and therefore, don't have much to lose so I don't bother too much, but I've stopped even checking regularly and just leave my coins losing value (holding=dumb) hoping things will turn around, a new cycle will come and everything will be worth something again.

It's two completely different things, like having a regular job and doing some occasional additional work. Mining gives you regular income (though you have to invest in it, and also regularly check what to mine, how to adapt, improve equipment), and bounties pay you some additional tokens that often aren't worth much but sometimes you can hit a bingo, for doing some simple work that usually doesn't involve plenty of involvement (though may involve even more than mining actually) and certainly doesn't involve any investment.

Nope, this is not how it works, all of us had periods of holding that ended badly and I don't think there's a single smart person who would confirm that holding a coin while it drops 90% is smart. But we've all been there, done that, welcome to the club. You're good if you actually learn something and improve, stop losing majority of your coins' value, learn how crypto cycles work and actually learn to recognize them.

Not saying it's been difficult without those but it's simply easier to go there and follow all the links, somehow I'm always afraid that I have missed something when I have to do things on twitter. I guess I'm just not super familiar with retweets and replies and other possible actions on twitter so I'm not 100% sure what's possible and what is not.

Bitcoin cash is founded by a group of fraudsters, it's mostly getting mined by their group of mining centers, and it's only purpose is to make that small group of people rich.

Bitcoin on the other hand, is the first decentralized cryptocurrency made with some awesome ideology, that COULD quite easily become a worldwide accepted means of payment one day. These two can't really be compared. Maybe, just maybe, the crazy crypto market will make them comparable at one point, but that would be really briefly.

Atomic swaps will be an awesome thing more crypto, true power of decentralization, but it looks like they are nowhere near being widely used. It's still early testing phases and I'm sure that years will pass till we get to that phase when exchanges start to really worry about this. There will certainly be a big resistance from big players (exchanges) so it will make swaps take even more time. But ultimately it's a great thing.

Meni je bilo upecatljivije Eventum nego Verity, lakse se pamti, lepse zvuci, a i skracenica je mogla da bude EVE, opet lepse, lakse za upamtiti. Koji je uopste bio razlog promene imena, nisam primetila da je ta tema bila negde pokrenuta? I kada ce vise novi eventi?  Pretpostavljam nista do 20-og, dok se ne zavrsi TGE i ne vide sta ce sa tim.

Who knows guys, just, who knows... No doubt that prices have been heavily inflated and that last year's boom was based on pure speculation of what might be one day and not what actually happens today. I'm sure that some of the projects we see today, along with many new ones, will survive and actually be worth a lot one day when world wide adoption becomes real thing. But many projects will fail in the meantime.
