The halving is a significant event, but people should not only look forward to it, because they know the price will increase when it happens. It is a marvel to admire because Satoshi anticipated that we would need a halving every 4 years to increase the rarity of the coins. I do not think that there are any relationship between the halving and previous spikes in the price. 
I am just happy that we are still receiving a lot of coins to buy and this is something to celebrate.. as time goes by, less coins will be available for people to buy and we will have had a good opportunity to buy coins before all these halvings.

I fully agree with you here that Halving is a significant event in BTC. I remember last halving where there is a rush and r price goes up after it. People becomes aware and try to buy the bitcoin which add to the spike of btc price. Satoshi indeed is visionary to anticipate this happening.

I use myetherwallet on all my tokens and I am satisfied with it. For a more secured wallet I am planning to use a hardware wallet possible a Trezor for tokens that is for long term Hold. MEW is convenient to use, just be sure you are suing a secured site. Do not click any link that is from your email, it might be a phishing link and your wallet might get compromised.

if this is true then it really must be stopped, faking market data is a serious crime, if you have watched the movie of leonardo di caprio, the famous pump and dump method that is artificially inflating the price just to look expensive to other players, a lot of exchanges are using this, i have no solid proof though, but i think it can happen and can be done.
I think its possible, just read somewhere that even Bitmex was accused of manipulating prices of a certain coin. We dont know, but its possible it may happen. Also, maybe they are doign a worldwide FUD network to influence cryptocurrency price. All are speculation but its happening and we are asking why.

We all know how powerful bitcoins are especially in financial terms. Having one makes you feel like a newly-crowned king ready for his throne and lux. Its value and essence is something that we cannot just ignore, resulting for some people relying on these 'God-given grace' instead of working hard and gaining the money that their own country uses. Some thought that it would be better off to have bitcoins and convert it into any kind of currency rather than to get a job and earn some thing. What do you think? Will bitcoin be able to eclipse the existence of national currencies in the near future?
Actually bitcoin is not a threat to other jobs and currencies but rather a help for them. Some jobs can have an access of bitcoin that will make their name more effective because there are a lot of people who know bitcoin. And if it is a threat then bitcoin would be banned a long time ago but it is not. Bitcoin can really help to the existence of job and currencies in the world.
I think its not a threat too, but rather creates another way to earn or an opportunity for any people from anywhere in the world. Its not a threat to jobs but create a job in my opinion. Now with cryptocurrency, you can tap anywhere for a project and paid in bitcoin or any coin he prefers. Its very innovative now a days and a cheaper way to scout for talent who can deliver.
I think should be aware of market movement. Also, when you buy, do not buy in one instances. Buy in staggered order in small amount. Example when it dips, buy 25% of your money. If it dips further buy again another 25% depending on your tolerance. Be sure to buy only good coins, a coins that you have been thorough studied and trust.

No one ever predicted that the price of Ethereum was going to fall below $180 in 2018, and yet it happened. It might have somehow be a failure on the part of the developers. I think Ethereum is struggling to retain its position as the second most sort after crypto.What do you think guys ,can we see again price $ 10 ?
Thats true, its sudden dip in 2018 is unexpected and many are left hanging and asking why. But, I have a big trust on Ethereum, and even I am a little worried, but I am aiming for long term Hold. Eth has great project and uses, it will stay but for it to go back to its form,er price, it may take several months maybe.

this is the diffrence of experience trader to the newbie traders. experience traders buy when market is panic selling while newbie trader sell when market is bearish resulting for loss of their investment. trading is a game of minds if you don't have patience better stay away in trading specially in crypto as market here is very volatile.

This is a game in which you need to have patience in everything. You also need to recognize how the market really works in able to understand what is really going on.
I fully agree with you. Investors that has foresight and study the whitepaper and about the project, will accurate more when the coin drops. There is an opportunity on every dip. As long as they have extra cash to buy, they accumulate and wait. Holding is very rewarding in trading.
as a trader like me it is normal to be afraid and to panic when the price of market or crypto coins fails because we can not do it but we can sell it at a cheap price when we lose our investment.
That cutting your loses not to lose more. I think its not good to panic sell, be firmed as long as you trust your coin and the development behind. But if you are uncertain about your coin, its better to cut loss so that you cant incur more damage. Aim for long term too, but be aware always on whats happening.

Well sounds good. Also check the coinmarketcap.com . Buy the coins on its dip and also, buy what is listed on the top 20 listings or with solid capitalization. Check the circulating supply,volume,and which exchanges it was listed, and the graph of prices listed. This could be a clue which coin coin to buy.

Who knows the reason only for themselves. But I think they are worried that the crypto market will not go up again. They don't want to be caught in a worse situation. Maybe they have been waiting for a few months when the market doesn't recover. So they take steps to sell coins even though they lose.
That is the possible scenario. Losing faith in cryptocurrency and even at a loss, they are selling it. Continues FUD news and uncertainty in government policies adds to this sell off. I hope this problem will be solved and all stakeholders should iron out this issues.

Its very risky right now and is a good opportunity to buy if you have a favorite coin that is on dip. Same here, I used it also the Eth to buy the ICO's and some tokens. But right now i it looks kike I am at a losing end since Eth prices was low. I agree, you can earn 10% or more daily. As long as you are studying the movement and learning your technical and fundamentals its very possible. But you can lose too more than 10% if you are not fast enough in making decisions. Trading cryptocurrencies is very risky, but it can be profitable too. Well, for me this bearish is an opportunity to look for bargain. If I may not profit right now, I see to it that sooner I will gain a profit when market recovers. Also if I get bored in trading, I do some activities that I may enjoy like playing with my pet dog, having a new haircut, go fishing etc. Get a life also and have a break in trading whenever a market is not favorable and if you feel burn out.
