Re: [ANN] 🔥PYRO Network (PYRO)🔥 - Social Network Staking & Deflationary Token

Thank you for sending us a number of pyro token payments as airdrop participant payments, but I want to know if the pyro token will plan to register at a large exchange in the near future?
Because I think if the team continues to develop products without adequate exchanges, the project will be very difficult to run in the future.
Why is that? Sure, getting listed on an exchange with big volumes of trading happening would be great but why would it be difficult for them to run this project in the future without it?
They are running it now even with just little to no funds at all right? Also, those large exchanges charge a lot of listing fee and since this project doesn't even have an ICO/IEO, it's safe to assume that the team doesn't have enough funds to be used on new exchange listings.

Because we know now if investors would prefer to invest with projects that have registered their tokens in large exchanges, so that investors don't feel worried if their money will be lost just because they invest in crypto projects.
If you've been following the trends of most deflationary tokens, they aren't meant for long-term investment, they are only meant for short-term, a "buy now sell later when it's profitable" investment type.
Knowing the token would slowly decrease its overall supply is a guaranteed increase in its value (assuming the demand for it will be stable or continues to increase), anybody who buys this token wouldn't be that much worried about getting it listed into larger exchanges.

We aren't the typical deflationary token. Our token does not self-destruct rather it stops burning when the supply reaches 10,000,000 of 1,000,000,000. Also we are listed on Mercatox, Coinlim, Token.store and dexes and other CEXs not listed on CMC however we are tracked on CMC https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pyro-network/

I'm curious, if people hold their tokens long term, the supply will take a very long time to reach the 10m right? Interesting dynamic and yeah, I don't like the fact that other deflationary tokens self-destruct

I'm really liking the approach taken by this project on a deflationary ecosystem that has many potential use cases and a full road-map (the other projects that have deflationary tokens seem to ignore use-cases and future of the project).

Only recently came across pyro and still reading up on it but it's definitely a worthwhile experiment (supply gradually reduces to 10m fixed supply through burning a % of each transaction). Discord is very active with lots of people playing games, tipping and doing giveaways. Looking forward to see where this goes, if they can build upon the Apollo protocol/ecosystem idea with social network, messenger (already released on android) and the other planned features, a hard fixed supply token with many use cases that bolster network effect can do very well.

The airdrop and dPoS aspects ensure that the supply is distributed well and there is a fair chance for everyone to get involved.

This "coin/token" can only be a joke. Are you serious on your beliefs of the DAPS Project team? You (and the the whole team) surely have no idea on the behind the scenes of DAPS. In any case, all what has came from DAPS is great, and diminishing it by any means, as you are doing here, is stupid. You must also be very greedy, taking advantage of those who are unaware of what DAPS is and all its story.

Anyway, I don't believe you'll have any success with this fake project...

Although I have no affiliation with dapsx, and am not an investor... It seems you are the one who has no idea about "the DAPS story"

They have a very sordid past and have spent the last few months constantly attacking other people/projects and acting very unprofessionally. There is far more than this, but the ondori project leader recently wrote a summary of his viewpoint considering they have been attacking him non-stop lately, you may find it interesting;

Great to see this project developing and be in some small way a part of the story... decentralized ecosystems and efficiency thereof afforded to them can truly change for the better, the way the world works.

Time for transparency, compassion and collaboration <3 x

Oh!  I haven't noticed the new sig Monkii.     I like it!

AD 5 will be here soon.     If you've been in all 5, it's been a really generous amount for asking so little of everyone.   It's crazy to think about how long and how much time/effort I spent with another project to get so little.    But it is what it is.       I'm looking forward to knowing what you all have up your sleeves post AD.

Yep, Signatures have been released - check it out - https://genesisnetwork.io/forum/threads/genesis-bct-signatures.129

Obviously we're not making anyone wear one, but we'll silently judge, hahahah.  Shocked

interesting coin. I am very interested in the possibility of a decentralized solution to Point-of-Sales system, that maintains crypto anarchism principles for the users (no KYC/Legal name or tender requirements). How does GENX aim to address this issue?

Re: Crypto is dangerous....

Hello everyone, Today i'd like to share my story.
So in 2017 in sept, I first mined some electroneum coins and they were worth like $200 later, I as a student couldn't afford to buy Bitcoins for trading or holding, So mining did helped me ETN was a good coin, i would mine like 50 a day and it turned 20cents each, I got addicted to crypto and trading but i was scared to trade and lose those 200$ because then i'd have nothing, So from Sept to Nov, i'd just watch graphs and look at coins, Watch videos, try to learn trading and everything and in December i started trading and you guys know what happened at December 2017, But i was prepared so my $200 turned into like $150, still a loss but anyway.
But it went like this and i kept trading and everything, and i was in love with it...... Sadly in my Exams, I failed 3 papers in total 5... Because of Crypto, it takes you away from Real world, So i was disapointed because of it.
Now i trade carelessly without emotions, and i went above $200.. I saw many times and now experience told me its true that trading is 10% skills, 10% luck, 10% patience and 70% emotions....

good luck and enjoy your lives and don't ruin anything.

Edit: I still have high hopes from Crypto and i think this will change my life and i'll be not worrying about Studies later, But like people say "Don't put everything in one Basket" , so always have a backup. Study is my first priority and Bitcoin can be my side struggle and with luck and hard work, i might not have to worry about studies then.

sounds like you are trading WITH emotions, if you say "carelessly", emotions make for bad trading decisions.

$FIAT value is irrelevant, especially in a standard correction cycle, of course you could trade and increase your satoshi/fiat positions still, but I wouldn't take too much notice of the fiat value anyhow

Bitcoin is for everyone regardless of the status, age and gender. Even with the jobless and no capital but is very diligent and believe in bitcoin they can benefit in it. My friend has started in bitcoin with no money at all to buy but he works on a bounty campaign and other ways to earn a bitcoin. Now he has a large sum of money in his account.

nice Smiley

I'm similar, I started from practically nothing from non-kyc airdrops/giveaways/small amounts of mined altcoins etc , though my portfolio isn't huge yet, it's developing very nicely Smiley

those who learn about it

those who preserve their privacy and security

... in terms of fiat value in your original question; there are other methods of acquiring crypto, even exchanging your skills for crypto directly, free airdrops, mining small amounts of low difficulty coins. I believe we will see more of this as time goes on and more fiat currencies/central banking policies continue to fail or hyper-inflate

They shouldn't look at it as an investment opportunity, they should learn WHY bitcoin came about and how money/society came about.. the investment opportunity is just a by-product of it

Re: Do people have to pay taxes on Bitcoin?
by

If you are staying within the crypto-space and not going through centralised Legal entities to convert to and from FIAT (TENDER FOR LAW), then they have absolutely ZERO jurisdiction to impose any taxation on your private crypto holdings or earnings.

There is no need to hand over jurisdiction when not needed and it is quite clear to anyone with a working brain that the Babylonian Legal system including governments/banks and other bankers masquerading as public corporations are completely corrupt and commit crimes against humanity including poverty and war crimes on a daily basis. Why on earth anyone would want to voluntarily hand over their assets when there is no need to is beyond me. I'm against funding criminal non-transparent organisations myself.

Re: Are You Afraid of KYC?
by

on 16/08/2018, 00:31:23 UTC
I am afraid of KYC. I dont even publish my name anywhere, I dont use any social network because dont want someone to gather my privat information. Any database may be stolen or sold to criminals. I will reject any ICO program or bounty campaign which requires KYC procedure. I live in new world with new opportunities which bitcoin gave us

~This..

KYC/AML is only about controlling and limiting the poor... the decentralized movement has the potential to take every single one of us with it.. the Legal system never did and never intended to, it has always been a fraud/deception in order to control under the guise of "civilisation", whilst excluding the vast majority of the population on Earth and only preserving freedoms and privacy for those at the top of the pyramid.

Make no mistake, the Legal system (fiat is TENDER FOR LAW) will go cashless and remain tyrannically surveilled financially (for the poor, as is already the case)

The good thing is that the innovation and options will always be present in the decentralized/open-source elements of the crypto space, and anyone with any concern of their privacy or freedom will be sure to avoid all forms of the beast, legal tyranny.

Re: Is it possible to reveal our identity in the local exchange?
by

on 16/08/2018, 00:24:13 UTC
*Not some of the countries. All of the countries have at least individuals doing crimes with involvement or help from Bitcoin. To answer your question if local exchanges have been required by the government then I won't be mad about it. It just makes the competition standard and equal. If the stock exchange requires brokers to identify their customers first they should also do it to the crypto market period. Identifying yourself as a user or trader would help the government as you are cooperating with their rules.

impossible to enforce on the wider crypto space though, surely people see this? Yes, it will happen on any legal entity/centralized exchange, because that is their world, they have jurisdiction over it. Standard and equal, sure... in which jurisdiction and for how much of the wider population? How can it be standardized and equal across the board (whether or not you think that is a good thing), when it is literally impossible to enforce except via centralised legal entities,,, all the innovation and excitement will simply remain in the open-source/decentralized elements and the centralized bits will always be playing catch up... stale and controlled.

kyc/aml is only about control, and infiltrating the crypto space with the corrupt, fraud that is the Legal system.

But yes, centralized exchanges (and DEX with elements of CEX or Legal entities) will no doubt bend over to take the KYC/AML compliance demands.

Anyone who is interested in their own privacy or freedom will steer as clear as possible from these... proper DEX/atomic swaps and private smart contracts will be the go-to ways of exchanging... though yes there will be compromises in convenience or trade speed initially.

People fear that they may wake up one day and find Bitcoin no more existing due to governmental regulations. I can only attribute this to the lack of readiness on the part of these people to learn about the actual concept of Bitcoin in order to allay all these misconceptions.

indeed, people believe what they hear on the "news", which is all lies, half truths or misinformation.. like every other mainstream source of informaton x

fear/lack of knowledge, and lack of ability to research effectively.. this is most of the reason for peoples' fear about anything. To be scared of the unknown is understandable, but in the age of information, there really isn't any excuse for it these days. People are kept distracted and enslaved though so can't blame them at the same time.

You can earn airdrops for free but will expose your privacy.

You can avoid exposing your private information quite easily with most airdrops but yes it is something you must be sure to take note off before hand

Normal market cycles... I very much doubt we are anywhere near any theoretical "top" yet even at $20k... who knows what the future holds, but there will more than likely be more bullish periods, just as we will see more bearish ones.. normal
