Waiting for the answer from the moderator who banned me to reply why my mute was 10 times bigger than usual. I just want to know the reason and hopefully racism doesn't exist at stake.

Some facts first: Mute for sharing information in chat is 1 day.
Someone asked my telegram on stake chat and I just said it is same as my username so I was muted for 10 days while people who openly share their telegram only get 1 day mute. When I asked support they said moderators can do whatever they like but yeah the normal mute period for this offence is 1 day.
How the asian thing came? because the person who asked my telegram is already unmuted after 1 day he told me.
I am still waiting for the answer why my mute was 10x than others so let's hope they can give a proper reason and I would be happy and apologize them publicly if racism is not the real reason.

UPDATE ON MY CHAT MUTE
It has been extended for 1 more day - NO reason was given - Mod wanted to increase my mute for 1 more day and so they did that.
Look @stake I am not saying unmute me or anything but please can you give me reason why my mute was extended after it expired already?
I have lost 20k TRX already today why are you making me feel like killing myself by extending mute??

This is quite regular and happens like 9 out of 10 times once I start betting big. I am like let me win some man I will deposit big but they believe it's enough to take away 10k TRX.
Mind you, this is at 66% win chance and I lost 88 bets and won 52 or so ... but then again provably fair so I have my mouth shut.

I was chatting with everyone and suddenly one guy asks me - can I contact you anywhere outside stake?
I replied clearly that no I cannot but my telegram ID but it is same as my username
I have been permanent muted for this.
I am not saying muting was wrong because I should have just ignored him, but isn't is better to mute such people who ask me for these details?
I wagered so much and I am platinum 2 so not like I just made an account to spam.
All the hard wager and betting you do is nothing just because of one bad moment?
Moderator cdot was online during all this happened and he didn't muted me so please ask him if you have doubts.
You can brief it to the support team. If there is nothing wrong on your side, you'll be further allowed to chat. Have a cross check, because users were muted when there is something done against the terms of Stake.So this is what happened

I am heartbroken and really upset with what happened today with my bet.
I placed a bet on dota2 match and my team was winning the game quite easily until one of the player from The Cut was disconnected and they had to play 4v5 game and left it in the middle because of it. A bet that would have won is now lost because of that.
I wanted to ask stake, isn't it more viable to just void such bets where the player was disconnected and it was impossible to complete the game. I am ok with the void knowing that it would be a win but taking it as a loss just doesn;t seem right to me.
