The OP said he lives in a dorm with many people and used his own money to win. So basically you saying its ok for FJ to steal his winnings and his "DEPOSITS" too? Is that's what you are saying?
If that is case than it won't be so hard for him to prove ownership of 1 account and other users to prove ownership of their accounts, right? Besides, he said he is living with 300 people and they all share 3 computers it means that IP is the same. Is IP the same?

To be honest this looks like 1 person, but I could be wrong:

https://i.imgur.com/9U6MVXx.png

https://i.imgur.com/wXCH0X7.png

Also it is very strange that 2 newbie accounts, sorry, 3 accounts were created within 48 hours. They all just found bitcointalk? I don't think so. Email conversation is much longer than 48 hours, and accounts signed up on 14,15 and 16. Feb so I think it is very strange that they all signed up and complained at the same time:

Name:    bowlerman
Position:    Newbie
Date Registered:    February 14, 2018, 11:37:04 AM

Name:    dude0001
Position:    Newbie
Date Registered:    Today at 06:44:50 AM

But as I said I can be wrong with this.

So, I think it is best to wait fraud department to finish with investigation, if everything is fine then there won't be reason to hold his/their funds.

I can vouch for jborn as i've know him for a while outside of bitcoin talk, i told him complaining on here might get a better response after he mentioned their support seemed to be ignoring him. I'm not sure whats going on with Fortune Jack at the moment as i've never had problems with them myself. Since all these accounts appear to have been registered at similar times, i wonder if they just linked them together on that basis?

Been waiting on a withdrawal of 35mbtc from these jokers for 2 days now, still not been processed. Their own terms say up to 24 hours.

Hi! Your application for a withdrawal has been successfully completed. Btw its been approximately 18 hours since you made a request.

It was actually around 40 hours and it seems you didn't process it until I complained publicly. I won't be back as you don't seem to be very eager to payout even with such a small amount!
We are sorry for the delay. In apology, we gave you 40 Comp Points that you can exchange into 5 mBTC, with x35 wager, in the private account on our website.

Why it can be different? He said it was around 40 hours but you said it was 18 hours only? Which one is the truth?
Something wrong with your withdrawal system that makes this big time difference of the request time?
No matter which one was the truth but I think you should process it faster unless there is something that need to be investigated. Otherwise, you will lose players who are actually can be very loyal players on your site.

That difference was caused by the support that pushed to us the information about request. The problem has been resolved, we did apologized and gave some bonuses to the player to have fun with us. You can be sure that this won't happen again =)

I appreciate the honesty guys. Although it was a pain waiting for the withdrawal initially, you've handled it much better than I expected. Thanks  Smiley

Most live chat systems actually show the agent in-progres messages. I've integrated a few of the available live chat services myself and they all do it by default. It quite often helps the agent to understand what the customer is trying to get at/what they want, you'd be surprised quite how many customers will sit writing an essay explaining a common issue that the agent can answer in seconds.

If you don't want the agent to see what your typing, do it in another window and copy the text over after. They will most likey realise you are doing this but at least you have time to compose your answer before they see it. This applies to all sites with live chat, not just bitstarz.

Fake Games

Looks like the games are not actually served by the providers mentioned (they are fakes and copies). The results are also served from an unauthorised domains so will almost certainly be fixed in some regard.

FAKE GAMES!

Netent games are fakes (Official versions are ALWAYS hosted by casinomodule.com).

Novomatic games are fakes (Official versions are ALWAYS hosted by greentube.com).

Playtech games are fakes (Same url as the fake novo host).
PROOF: https://imgur.com/9SAnr0n

When using Freeplay mode games are loaded from NetEnts official site casinomodule.com (woop!)... but from the RedBet subdomain... and stolen.

These games are untested and almost certainly unfair. Please join me in reporting the OP  Roll Eyes

WARNING

I'm still collating my evidence which ill be posting shortly but after a quick inspection i'm 100% sure the games on this site are fakes. They are not hosted by the providers at all and the free play versions appear to have been stolen from RedBet.

Just a heads up for anyone with bonuses, it looks like the max bet has been reduced to 0.0125btc in their t&c's (note to FJ: A popup to notify of changes on login would be helpful!). Also welcome bonus is down from 130% to 110% so some affiliate sites may be showing the old offer.

I really want to play that mega moolah game but i cant open the game because i get this error

Game failed to start.

Please, contact support and provide the screenshot

ERROR CODE: XX000162

on safari, chrome, and firefox on my mac.  is there something wrong with my computer?  Perhaps my flash player?  I can't imagine it's an OS specific thing considering flash is multiplatform

That code means the country associated with your IP is not allowed access as far as i'm aware (its a limitation imposed by microgaming rather than fortune jack).

Hello

I am going to warn you about sportsbet.io and bitcasino.io.

Take it how you want. I am sure there will be some people who are part of the signature campaign that will come to there rescue .

They are unethical and down right criminal . They use a bunch of unethical tricks and rigged games to steal from you.

Some of these tricks are using complicated promos to try to steal from you.

All there promos have many conditions and are always hidden in the small print and are worded very very complicated.

They do this so they can steal your money.

Another one is that they offer near scam odds, they have some of worst odds on the internet . They do this so they can pay less  and take more.

They also do crazy live odd scams , and reject bets that are in your favor. They say they dont but scams dont say they scam.

Another one is the countless tech errors . If anyone has played this site, you will have many errors they have too look info.

They say they have to look into it or that they have to check with  there game providers.

They get back to you later with no explanation and then say oh theres nothing they can do the game providers decide and you loose your money.

They have tons of other tech problems like withdrawal blocks and withdrawls not being sent out.

The biggest one is that the games they say are provable fair are not really they do this by alternating the dealer seed after you put in the player seed . So that they can control the outcome. It will verify because they are altering to there results. If you dont  believe me  you can check, and sometimes the hashes dont verify. They  look over this when ever you bring it to there attention because if they say its rigged it open a can of worms.

They will not admit to scamming you no scammer would.

You just need to use common sense and if you play at all there with any volume you can tell there a scam. There site is in decline which is why there starting to steal more. You can check sports leader boards all bets are down.

I have many many more things they do to scam people but this just a warning

In the past a support person name andrea has helped whenever there was probs. Now there is not good support people and they are part of the problem

I'm not in any sig campaign but ill still defend them because i've played many BTC here without any issues at all.

The odds on the sports side can be a bit pants but the casino is probably the best out of all the BTC casinos. Just read the t&c's before taking bonuses (like you should do everywhere) and there wont be a problem.

Well that terrible excuse has put me off playing here in future.

You cant be punishing players for placing bets which end up being pushed (when they themselves have no control over whether is happens!). Your bonus system should have ignored those bets and he should have been forced to complete the rollover as though those bets were never made. This is obviously just a ploy to wriggle out of paying the customer.

UPDATE-5 The team of fraudsters at bitsport.bet have locked my account with more than 6 BTC in it

Had his account been locked or are you requesting he rewagers the amount that had been pushed? As far as I'm concerned he should be made to rewager the push bets only.

Since these guys are getting a bashing despite no-one having even played there, i decided try them out myself.

I made a 300mbtc deposit and after a bit of play in the casino/betting, withdrew 410mbc. The withdrawal came through instantly after my deposit was confirmed (minus tx fee's which appear to be subtracted from the wd amount).

They are not huge figures i admit, but i have no complaints so far.

I know all these Betconstruct White Label scammers inside out. I had accounts at almost every book that uses Betconstruct SW. There are few books that are legit. Most of them are scammers.

Actually, betconstruct’s platform is quite good. Yes, there are a lot of similar-looking clones, but each of them targets their own market. Moreover, there is an option to work on revshare plan only (no minimum monthly fee) with them. This makes point when you are entering small and highly competitive BTC market. With similar financial resources, chances to survive with betconstruct’s platform are much higher than for example with softswiss sportsbook platform (you have to pay for platform itself, which BTW is by far less advanced then betconstruct’s one, and you have to pay for extremely expensive betradar odds feed)

My prediction is that softswiss-powered bookies (betopen.co; powerbet.io; etc) will stay in business for one year at maximum. Betconstruct-powered websites can be successful in the long term, but the right management and clever marketing is a must for them.

As I mentioned previously, online gambling business is very difficult, and I wish all start-ups (including bitsport.bet) to be patient and professional enough to become successful in this niche.

Why do you wish the bitsport.bet scam success?

I don't think immediately labeling them as a scam is very professional tbh. I haven't seen any payout complaints against them so far (admittedly no successful payouts either) and they do appear to be trying to acquire a licence.

As far as i'm aware this is the first bitcoin casino/bookie based on the bet construct platform. Personally, i think having somewhere which is a bit different to the countless softswiss skins while still providing slots from the major providers, is something we should be welcoming. At least until their is sufficient reason to believe they are not playing fair.
False and misleading claim to have a non-existing license is the criminal offense of fraud = scam!

But you are right, they are unprofessional! They treat the community like dumb idiots...

Oh come on, half the sites you do promote don't have licences but it doesn't seem to put you off referring players to them. Curacao licences (which sadly seem to be virtually the only kind available to BTC operators) aren't worth the paper they are written on anyway. There is virtually no vetting process for the operator and the licencing authority couldn't care less about player issues when something goes wrong. Confidence that a book is decent comes purely from the way they treat their customers.

I don't know why you are having such a dig at these guys before they are even fully released, it looks like they are having a few teething problems and need to improve on their clarity a bit but they haven't done anything so bad it makes them worthy of being labelled a scam.

I actually quite like the look of the site, you've obviously put a lot of time and effort into the design so that deserves a pat on the back! That said, ill probably be waiting until your 100% bonus is active and your terms are cleared up a little before i deposit.

I also notice the netent games are not showing up yet, is that because you are waiting for your licence?

As dustboy has pointed out, this isn't what you had previously said in this thread. You retrospectively added this term and changed your post after i had already signed up, deposited and submitted my withdrawal request. I don't buy that this is due to "security monitoring"  as my winnings were not even from a deposit which i took a bonus on, i won with a deposit made entirely of my own funds. Yet 6 days later, you still haven't paid up.

For now you've got 1.7 BTC withdrawal. Sorry for delay.
If you lose bonuses got with one account, you will win then with another. That's why we do not allow multiple accounts!

I don't have any problem with you changing the rule, but it shouldn't be retrospectively applied to old accounts which were created when your rules were different. Besides all of that, i wasn't playing with a bonus when i won, so there isn't really an excuse for delaying payment at all.

I see you processed 600mbtc of the 800mbtc that was remaining in my request, but what about the 200mbtc you declined and returned to my account?

I BET THIS IS THE SAME OWNER AS FUN-CASINO!

Actually, i think this is the one thing he isn't lying about. It seems like bitfortune is ownded/associated with this guy... interesting considering running an online casino could get you in a lot of trouble over in the US.

I did not "win" 3.5 BTC, that is the total of my withdrawals but i deposited around the same amount.

apeman, you know, that's a lie. Smiley

I was not even playing with a bonus when i won so you cant claim i was taking advantage!

Also, it's not true. Smiley You used 3 bonuses from one account and 1 bonus from another. We've described before, why this behavior hurts our system.

This is our final decision.

It's not a lie you scammer. I may have used 4 bonuses as that was allowed by your t&c until you sneakily changed them. I NEVER made a profit from any bonus given to me. All my withdrawals were following cash deposits that I made after I disabling your bonuses. I disabled them because I didn't want to put up with completing a wagering requirement.

Final decision or not, I will make sure other people are warned about your horrendous attitude which has escalated into blatant lies. I just don't want anyone else making the same mistake as I did when I trusted you.
