So, we are a team of Coinberry startup authors, and we are launching a fruit crypto farm a physical complex of production facilities for growing strawberry in a high-tech greenhouse all year round. The greenhouse is heated by the mining farm which is fed by its own solar plant.
Under CoinBerry project, we combined three separate processes into the triune pool in which pluses of each one are tripled. The most advanced agricultural technologies dutch and Israeli allow to grow crops all year round. The solar-powered plant makes this process cheap and autonomous. By placing a greenhouse even in a cold region, we have a constant heat source for heating - a crypto farm which makes the cost price of strawberry way lower. Crypto mining farm is also arranged in order to combine private miners into a consolidated pool, giving its private investors the right to lease / own some of the computing capacities of the crypto farm.

Product
The main product of the future system is strawberry to be grown in Primorsky Krai, Russia under the subzero temperature; there are no direct competitors among farmers due to absence of industrial greenhouses within a radius of 700 km. (neighboring foreign country, China). The method of strawberry cultivation is hydroponic, ie soilless, means that losses caused by insects are negligible to keep the harvest efficiency at the level of 99%. The first crop will be grown from purchased seeds (minimum expenses in monetary terms), the first bushes appear after 2-3 months. The best yields for the hydropathic method of cultivation are shown by Dutch strawberry varieties: Elvira, Vima Zanta, Gigantella, Maxima, Korona. Should the plants be tended and temperature regime maintained, prolonging the light day of the greenhouse, strawberry is being harvested constantly throughout the year. Pricing of the future system will be determined with comparative analysis of the seasonal value of the product which can be increased three-fold during offseason period (September-June).
CBR Token
CoinBerry token is called CBR. The main purpose of the CBR token is prepayment for the usage of the CoinBerry farms computing hardware or for the right to house Customers own equipment inside the crypto farm.
Purchasing CBR token during Pre-ICO affords an opportunity to:
❶ Rent pieces of CoinBerrys computing hardware on the basis of Smart Contract and recorded in Coinberry token block chain (CBR):
1 Smart Contract = 100 CBR = 1 ETH = 30 Mh/s
Up to 1500 smart contracts can be acquired during preICO
Smart Contract terms:
✔️ Token holder remain unchanged within 6 months.
✔️ At the beginning of the 7th moth, computing capacities of the crypto farm can be rented per number of the tokens sold.
✔️ Rental period 6 months.
❷ Rent a place to house the Customers mining hardware based on as follows:
✔️ 7 CBR = 1 month crypto farm rent for 150 Mh/s
✔️ Scaling to 100 Gh/s
The cost of daytime electricity will be 1 ruble/kilowatt/hour (powered by CoinBerrys own solar plant), night time cost per common rate of the region (Primorsky Krai) for private individuals (1.83 rubles per kilowatt-hour). The rent fee includes: accommodation, connection to the general facilities of the mining farm (CoinBerry pool), maintenance of computing hardware, compliance with fire and other safety rules and after-sales service. The purchased CoinBerry Token is provided with a business model, as well as a real commodity (strawberry, own electricity and computing capacities of the crypto farm), which in the case of currency fluctuations are "protected" by the value of these highly sought-after assets; In addition, the number of Tokens produced is limited by the collected amount of the ICO project, thereafter, the Token release is not planned, and the number of unsold tokens during ICO will be withdrawn.

I think it's hard to analyze the coins that have not been registered in the market, you better analyze from the sales, if the prospect of a good sale then the coin will also be good.

I never apply this approach. It suits and I m not going to argue with that, but business plan is of the highest importance. It can tell a lot of the authors, their determination, probability of further succes, etc.

I think it's a very good idea, but the thing right here is the market they want to get saturated well and how they plan to enter the market and compete, and 2% income looks unsustainable for me.

The reason why this token drew my attention is 2% passive constant income for all token holders. How quickly will such token grow in price? If possible, please share any alternatives with similar feature.

Whenever you are going to invest in something ask yourself a question, why do we need need those token at all? What fruits and farms have to do with the blockchain and cryptocurrencies? Seems there ll be no 2% constant passive income any more, it is not contained in the latest kickico updates.
The project has evolved. When I only started this thread I didn't have russian FE economic situation. Since then, I had several conversations with my ex-coworkers and Benjamin also provided very interesting information above.
Waiting for an official telegram channel or else to communicate with the authors directly but as for me it is pretty easy to get involved with this. I got enough details now and this risk isnt greater than any other ICO project.

I am not sure this is the cool project. In a way it sounds very simple, although their whitepaper is done professionally. But are you sure this ICO will have a good profit? Check it is the list of the ICOs and read about it more.

Main point is Russian government promotes mining in Russian far east. Will do everything possible to bring miners there.
Unlike all this bullshit advertised in this thread like education coins, technology market coins and "it is interesting but look here I got better token" this one is most likely has a future.
If mining in the whole country or world will not go down, Far East and Vladivostok will be Russian cryptomarket center. At least. Never thought of extra heat before. In Sakhalin where I used to work summer was pretty cold. Already googled it and it is up to 100 F in Vladivostok. Still, winter is cold.
