You triggered the bonus game with the bonus you received from our 150% bonus, you quit the slot and did not play the bonus. After that, you deposited and played the bonus, which means all the money you made from the slot are made with the bonus you received, therefore you can not withdraw the funds.

If i triggered the bonus before making a deposit then how on earth did i continue to bet on the games with real money before triggering the bonus???

You played ONLY 3 slots that has a progressive bonus from the same provider, i can attach your gaming history so once again you are lying, you reached the bonus and you DID NOT PLAY the bonus, instead you moved to other slot to reach the next bonus stage.

No, i played Scrooge by Microgaming, Beautiful Bones by Microgaming, Tower Quest by Play n Go and Primal Hunt by Betsoft. Primal hunt doesn't even have progressive bonuses.
There is no country in the world where it is illegal to play with a strategy. Do you just expect people to just walk in your casino with 1000 euros and bet 20 cents a time until their balance runs out?? Of course players are going to think about the best way to play. You should clarify in your terms if some slots are not allowed to be played with a bonus as I'm sure there will be more.
When I made my second deposit i hit the bonus rounds on spins i paid for with real money and no bonus active. Why would i contact support to accept a tiny portion of the funds you owe me? There was no guarantee i would progress enough through these slots with the bonus funds to make a profit, clearly, as i didn't even make a profit!
Again, I come to your casino, register one account, comply with your terms and you void my winnings even though my account wasn't in profit.

Wow, threatening a player on here is very brave.
It sounds like he hasn't broken your terms and conditions but you don't like the way he/she played. It is ridiculous to claim it is "illegal" when it was your responsibility too make it clear what is allowed with the bonus. Maybe posting on here is not the right thing for the player to do, but it should not be an issue to resolve problem in public if this is what they want.
If this player really found a bug the honest thing to do would be to pay the withdrawal and fix the issue.

It is not a bug, he broke the terms and conditions which i stated at the top of my posts and it is written black and white in our T&C.
In order to withdrawal the bonus, you need to wager X45 - if you dont wager x45 on your deposit amount, you can not withdraw your funds.
The slot had a progressive bonus, he lost his money + bonus, and didn't close the window in order to withdraw the funds.
Like i stated before, it is a pocket money for us and we are willing to return the money, fact is, user did not send me a single wallet to get his funds.

You already know my withdrawal address because you don't allow players to deposit before they provide one. I had already requested the withdrawal before you blocked my account - and by the way the withdrawal process is broken because the btc addresses don't show up correctly.
I understand you are annoyed that i played the bonus with a strategy, but that is not abuse, illegal or even against your terms. Everyone plays with some kind of strategy in mind and i did not even make a profit. You will just say anyone who wins is a bonus abuser unless they bet like lemmings.

If you did not want players using these slots with a bonus then you should have something in the terms to say this. Your terms said nothing about not being able to play these slots and I did not only play those games. You are talking like playing these games means I will abuse the casino, but even if you processed my withdrawal my account was not even in profit!
By saying you will refund my last deposit you are just voiding my winning session but retaining the session where I lost money. Casinos that do this kind of thing are predatory, where does it end? if someone plays a jackpot slot with a bonus (and contributes to the jackpot) is it then abuse if they then win it with a cash deposit?
Come on, it needs to be in your terms if you don't want people to use a bonus a certain way. Just refund both deposits and stop making excuses.
