That was the opposite for me. I deposited $100 and managed to cash out almost $350. Although, it wasn’t the best experience because they forced me to complete KYC before processing my withdrawal.
After that, it took almost an hour for my first withdrawal to be approved.
Luckily, my second withdrawal only took around half an hour, but I still find it quite long compared to other casinos that process withdrawals instantly.
I dont like that at all Sad
Compared to many other casinos this are very strict rules, and they should have more relaxed rules for good old bitcointalk members.
I remember few years ago they had similar rules and that always pushed me off from using them as one of my regular casinos.

Tbh that's probably why they're still around after 13 years while other casinos close or scam you..

Hey, I looked into your original thread and you said the way you found out in 2015 that you had bitcoin on your account is because someone from Cloudbet emailed you saying you have bitcoin? Also this was ten years ago..
I looked into our records and no such email exists, are you sure it was from us and not an external scammer? What is your username on that account?
We would love to help but I'm not seeing a record for this. As this is not a customer service thread, can you email support@cloudbet.com. I've informed them you will be messaging them.
How you can look into your records if you dont have my email or user name??? You can see both on picture now...

from Start: 8.12.2017. im receive bonus offer email : "You have Bitcoin in your account, Return today to get a 10 mBTC casino bonus"
here is picture:

Than i login, withdrawal 0.2BTC for confirm my withdrawal address work what you can se on transaction:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/6bc33804cb82568d77101483627ec68c3c841ce97de97bab2453a8772a4651ef
and on picture

Than i try login and withdrawal rest but my account is block for KYC.(also email on picture)
After that Im try many time, send all what you want, chat but cloudbet always respond with we back when finish... pass few years, than i complain here first time and you go away for 4 years
hope you not gone again ..

How is this real haha I cant imagine 1. someone not realizing they have bitcoin in their account, 2. a casino emailing them to remind them that they have money like what?

It looks like a promotional email or something not like a real balance reminder. From your screenshot it looks like your withdrawal was successful?

Hey Notblox, our CS team will reach out to you shortly. Will get this solved for you.
Can you tell me is there any way to contact support with live chat?
I received email explanation and It appears that I didnt play real Premier League but some EPL Simulated Reality League  Tongue
I didnt know this competition exist and I think cloudbet should work more on making clear difference from real leagues.
Now I added Premier League and other top league as favorites to avoid this from happening in future.

They have a live chat box on the website for support!

Hi Cloudbet, thanks for engaging and responding to some queries brought up with in the community

Mine is regarding the recently concluded Pragmatic play summer tournament. Initially (when the tournament was running) one was able to see a clear leaderboard with points amassed, initials of Usernames and the positions but today on checking out, all I see is TBC?
What is the reason for this?

what URL were you using when you saw this? For me it looks totally fine.

Sharing for my fellow memecoin chasers but Cloudbet is currently doing a promo where if you test out their new telegram bot you get 10K $DOGS immediately airdropped into your account. They posted it on X.
I have never actually tried out any of the casino telegram but just signed up, and they credited me with 10K DOGs lol. However, people need to know the full terms and conditions. One has to turn the 10K DOGS to 100K to be able to with draw them. Anyway, there's nothing to lose. Just fun!

Terms - https://www.cloudbet.com/en/promotions/general/bring-on-dogs-challenge
That means you have to multiply your free dogs by 10. You can't withdraw it if it is below 100,000 dogs? I've had an account on Cloudbet since 2018, but unfortunately, they didn't give free dogs tokens to old users. Hopefully, they'll have a promo like this or something similar to encourage old users to play on their platform again. Months ago, they held a slot multiplier contest here on Bitcointalk (games and rounds board), but it was never followed up with another one. I guess they're focus now on telegram.

I'm an old user of the platform but the telegram bot is brand new so I was still credited. It operates as a different system it seems.

I found these hilarious betting odds on Cloudbet for the US presidential debate tonight lol.

How many times will Kamala Harris say Weird? (under 1.5 or over which im confused about because what is the .5!!! haha)

Will Trump say Bitcoin during the debate?

Also Who will win the presidential debate tonight?

What are your predictions?

Have you come across any other interesting betting markets for the debate?
