They are scammers and its confirmed, I talked about it few months ago and I warned moderators and users here that more and more threads about Betcoin and Playbetr will be pilling up, no-one is taking any measurements, books have same ownership, same support service and they often make misleading IP proofs taking informations from both sites and just close accounts and never even return deposit.

Yes, cloudbet will decline your selfie. I live in a condo and there is no street sign on the street with the name and I sent them selfie from my balcony with newspaper and today date and ID, and still they declined. Cloudbet is simply joke, and all that for funny amount of money to be mentioned

Cloudbet is doing kyc and its joke, they ask you to make selfie outside with street sign saying your address, in same time holding today's date newspape + write "Cloudbet *and today date*" and in same time holding ID card

Submitted complaint with Pogg before few days. I am 100% sure PlayBetr will not answer them nor provide any details and profs, same as they didnt answer SBR and CasinoGuru

There has been many complaints about you doing this same practice in last few months, some moderators from other forums tried to get in touch with your company (because of multiple people complaint) you dont respond to them too, lawyers try to reach you, no response too.

Gaming Curacao (N.V. 365/JAZ) is truly terrible when it comes to complaints against the casinos with its license.

There is no procedure to be found anywhere (no info on their official website) regarding how to file a complaint so the only thing you can do is to contact the commission:

Summary of all this is Playbetr do not respond mails, cooperate with mediators who are their license suppliers (by license supplier this means they pay 10 000 - 15 000 a year to get a license in Curacao by a firm who operates that for them because such license in Europe is very expensive and they cant run their dirty schemes with MGA or other license providers), refuse to answer questions which I posted them here, provided 0 evidence, refused to allow me make KYC and finally decided to keep all my money and not returning deposit even thought they have that nowhere in their rules.

Also its very interesting fact that after I got scammed the numbers of complaints against them raised on many other forums and review sites.

When you are so honest just answer the questions from above, I submited through Curacao EGAMING only and have never received an answer from them yet about official decision (kindly ask them as they are your partners in crime to answer me)

When I wrote about Playbetr being scam before 1 month nobody cared, I informed moderators here to put this bookmaker on black list and not allow them to promote because they will just start stealing more and more money because their site is decreasing, only thing that can stop them probably is collective push against them on court so that they can go bankrupt and not be able to pay their own lawyers

Just a update on the situation after 1.5 months of waiting PLAYBETR still haven't responded the e-mails I wrote them, the only 3rd party mediator that they accept to talk with is also not responding and I guess they just decided to STEAL the money and not respond anything anywhere, still this will hurt the bad because I informed all possible review sites and their popularity is decreasing as we can see in their site visits number so it is good, and they will anyhow return this money on court after the 3rd party mediator response

The 3rd party that I contacted that is of course sponsored and paid by the bookmakers that use exactly and strictly only that mediator haven't yet responded
