Why didn't you table the issues here first before going to create scam accusations, most times gamblers aren't that patient when it comes to handling issues or even dealing with casinos. Are you able to place bet on any Betby sportsbook without having any restrictions? Sooner or later, you will face issues on each platform where the odds provider is Betby. Some of them will act like Chips.gg with you.

The scenario doesn't look complete, why would a casino ban users without any explanation?

The casino has active account so let's wait for their response to have the other side of this story but casino should state whatever the reason for banning account if the account is in use for a while and suddenly got banned.

All the sportsbook with Betby odds provider is identical. You should have avoided Chips.gg if your account was limited on a different sportsbook where the odds provider was same. It is pretty clear that the decision has come from the odds provider to block your account. And Chips.gg team have decided to withhold all your funds, including the deposit (according to terms 13.1 from 'PM/Chat logs'). They should have allowed you to withdraw your deposited funds.

Have you been able to make withdrawals from those other active accounts as well? The only way of finding out if the provider flagged you if you win and attempt to withdraw.
But you deserve an explanation from them on which terms of services exactly you breached. Insist on them telling whether it was something to do with multi accounting, betting patterns, VPN usage etc.

Typically casino will allow withdrawal of your deposit before they ban your account. Seems like you commit violation of their ToS which is related to sportsbook. Probably you are involved with arbitrage bet and other techniques which the casino deemed not allowed to use in the casino.

Chips.gg is an established casino and well known in the forum. I doubt that they will do a selective scam by using fake accusations of ToS violation just to hold your balance.

This company just scammed me.

After requesting an withdrawal, they made me to the KYC which, i don't mind doing it, despite them claiming they don't usually request it.

I remember playing in this casino over six months ago or could be more. I remember that I had to do KYC for only 200 +- TRX and the KYC was approved manually. If I remember correctly, I had to contact their support and ask them to check my account and KYC. If they claim that they usually do not ask for a KYC, this is bullshit. They even ask for a KYC to withdraw 200 TRX.
