WTF?! Firstly I am not Carol but Adam. I wrote my reviews there as Adam and they replied to some Carol
Then, I never withdrew from my account, I had only deposits and no withdrawals. Shame I cannot login to prove this. Why they wrote sum of my withdrawals exceed deposited sum?! What is this? I think this is some mistake, maybe they wanted to reply to some other user or what the hell. They also wrote I did some fraud, I just played some bets, lost big at the start and then started winning and site logged me out. I wish to get some explanation not lies, cause this is total lie that I withdrew any money, but well, what we can expect from FRAUDSTERS themselves?!
Never ever play there. I wish my $4000 is given to some charity then if I lost it forever due to 1xBit robbers.

Another day and nothing. 6 days passed since 1xbit replied to me on trustpilot and no update since then. I found what they were always writing:
We never confiscate user's money even if he violated the ToS. At the moment of account closure - all deposits and withdrawals are being combined, and the final sum is let to withdraw. If the sum is negative, this means a player is already in profit.
How in hell then you blocked my account with my money inside? $5000 deposits, no withdrawals and $4000 still in account balance. How is this not a robbery? Please, do something @1xbit_official and help me to get my money!!

That is your prerogative and to be honest I can somewhat understand your stance because you are the victim and if it is as simple as you depositing money then wagering some of it and then not being allowed to withdraw your own remaining deposited funds, then surely you have aright to be aggrieved.
I find it strange that in one of the screenshots they stated your account was open and deposits restored. To me that means they are allowing you deposit (ie send as much funds as you want) but they will not let you withdraw any winnings or your own deposits.
I would like to know what happens in the coming days regarding this, hopefully you can make public their communications when you receive it.

I am sorry but I will give any evidence to 1xbit representative if he at least reply to my concern. Anyway, I can post screenshots of my talking with security team and support. This is actually insane. I have no idea what did I do wrong. Playing casino and some bets, even losing some money and still can't withdraw anything of my money. On trustpilot they write they never take players deposits, always refund, actually will put screenshot of this review of some user at trust pilot and their reply:

Can you provide any sort of blockchain evidence showing when and how much funds you sent to the 1xbit scammers? Without seeing some sort of evidence to back up your claim it will be difficult for you gather a lot of support.

Hello. I have experienced something that never happened in my betting life. I deposited $5000 to 1xbit, lost some there, then started to win some and when site logged me out I had $3111 and $745 in unsettled bets. USDT currency obviously. So operator told me to write to their security team which obviously I did and they came back with this:
Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
And now I still cannot login. So. My account is around -1k $ on minus, I have my money there around $4k and yet still I cannot login. Is this robbery or what?! They found something that I violated, I don't know what but ok, let me withdraw money I have at my account!! I don't know how to name this. My account number is 449309081, please help me 1xbit support, I just want my money back, its not even any winnings, is my deposited money. Waiting for help. Regards

You have probably violated the terms and conditions of the 1xbit site. I really can't imagine anything else. This site has had major problems in the past from players who have broken the rules and who have deliberately tried to abuse 1xbit's API. I think it's a really good idea if you post a screenshot of your 1xbit betting summary so we can assess what might be going on. And I'm sure the 1xbit representative will respond as well.

I wish I can show you anything but I can't login to my account so it's impossible for now. I played some casino and some sports betting. My last bets were 4 doubles from UFC, all stakes 200-220 USDT. Some other bets were some u20 basketball etc. Nothing else. I really don't know how could I break anything by doing it? And I was profitable customer for them since I have deposited $5000 and had $3900 or sum when site logged me out. How would you name it but robbery?
