If there were a hyper inflation fiat crash scenario and bitcoins were 10k 100k or 1 mil.  I would still cash out a few provided fiat could still buy products.  If everyone accepts bitcoin it doesn't matter.

Typically, the circumstances are forced to sell any part of Bitcoin. I want to save them, but you have to spend on all sorts of urgent needs. And if not for these moments, I would not have sold his Bitcoin

My choice is to invest in both. Gold is for long term and BTC is for speculation and quick trades.
I agree with you.
bitcoin is something which only speculation although for now, price bitcoin rise up. I think invest gold is safe for long term.

and I agree with that. Both objects are perfect for investment. But one should always be careful and follow the course of Bitcoin and gold. To sell during

Sell everything is not a good idea. I prefer to think about it and then take the decision.

and I think it's not a good idea. No need to go to extremes. You should always think about the future and how to live now

Re: the Atheist Delusion
by
barabash
on 04/11/2016, 09:09:43 UTC
everyone let him decide what to believe him. Why do something to try to prove to atheists? it is their opinion and choice, let them live as they want.

Because we love all people. We love atheists. We don't want to let atheists go to Hell without, at least, giving them a chance to repent. Of course, if they don't repent, Hell will probably be worse for them than if we had never talked to them.

Cool
It's not up to you to give us atheists a chance to repent, it's between your god and us (non-believers / alt religions) as individuals on judgement day, so stop pretending you speak for your god and leave us to enjoy our lives free from your unwanted "help".

but what about all the other gods? Gods from older religions? Were they wrong and false gods? What makes you think your god is the true one? Don't argue with religious fanatics, they will always use their holy book for "proof" Cheesy

All gods are false gods in my book, you're talking to an atheist after all, I have no god.  Grin

To use an Andrew Dice Clay line, arguing with religious fanatics is like masturbating with a cheese grater, slightly amusing but mostly painful.
I understand where they're coming from and i think we should just respect their belief. Being a non believer doesn't make anyone a bad person. I think more than your religion, it's how you act in this world towards others rhat would determine where you'll go afterwards

Jesus went through great pains to die on the cross to save people. Not believing Him is a slap in His face, and a great dishonor to Him. How much worse can you get than to dishonor the One Who is holding you so that you stay alive? Dishonoring and not believing Him is the worst act you can do.

Cool

I think you just need to not be hostile to those who do not support your opinion. You do not need to prove to atheists the existence of God, and to convince the faithful that God does not exist. Each is his own opinion.

Re: The future of the paper money
by
barabash
on 30/10/2016, 17:23:00 UTC
I believe paper money will disappear over time naturally. In the same time bitcoin can overtook fiat currencies and many people moved over to that.
I agree that there may be paper money began to be abandoned by many people in the world, and probably will dominate the digital money. but I'm not sure bitcoin can replace fiat
We should be optimistic about digital currencies adoption, because many countries started regulating Bitcoin exchanges like Australia and some American states, therefore, digital money is on the right way.

Digital currencies are still developing, and the paper money at the end of its development. But still digital money can not replace paper. Many countries are not ready

Even if many of the poorer countries are not ready some of the most powerful and the ones that move most of the world economy are in fact ready to replace paper money just look a t credit cards.

People can and are ready, and the government - is not. That the government is addressing the issue. In many developed countries have not defined the status cryptocurrency

Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins
by

on 30/10/2016, 17:08:10 UTC
Well my dream is that all my stored Bitcoin at the right time and price will be converted to Fiat, I am a little optimistic about that part as it had reach to over 1000$ per Bitcoin now it is back to 700$ which is still Far, but it still means I can earn more bitcoin before selling it at the right price. Well it is a decent way on how to maximize my profit anyway.

What do you that price will be converted into fiat? Well that is what I am doing as of today, I am just keep on collecting bitcoins so that when that unexpected pump will happen that I am not going to waste the chance of getting profit as I became ready for it. And that is my long term plan and dream to get rich with bitcoin, by just simply holding.

I also have the same strategy. I'm saving up Bitcoin and I hope that they will make me rich one day. The price of Bitcoin in fact continues to grow

Furthermore, the country’s Finance Ministry has worked hard over the last two years to ensure criminal penalties are instilled for all bitcoin users, including prison sentences of up to seven years.
Use faucet to earn $0.01, get seven years jail  Cheesy  Russian Federation is paranoid about bitcoin.

In Russia, bitcoin use among drug dealers has increased by over 20 times in just the last two years alone
The boogieman argument, we've seen it lots of times in western world.

And in Russia, all laws are. Putin is a tyrant and destroy everything he does not control. Bitcoin destroys the already stable currency of Russia. Putin will try to avoid it.

but despite this, the law banning cryptocurrency in Russia and was not accepted. so the Russian government's attitude to the loyal cryptocurrency

I save my money in the BANK. I am convinced that the BANK is the safest place that exists today. I get a strong guarantee, the government also guarantees the existence of my fund in the BANK. there is an agency that can ensure our money is safe. I really liked the BANK.

I also keep my money in the bank. Now I think it's a reliable way to store money. In addition, some of the money in the bank deposit account, so I get the interest from this
