In terms of development of Web3, I think that the most popular will be Polkadot. There are many projects that are about to launch this year on this blockchain that has such advantages as cross chain mechanisms. Talking about games, I think that game developers choose Near. I know that there is a strong support of new projects by community on Near.

I think that if Bitcoin appeared only in 2022, it would not as popular as it is now, it would never become the first cryptocurrency. It has too old and slow technologies, there are many blockchains that offer faster, cheaper, more scalable and more private solutions. What is more, it doesn't support smart-contracts so considering it just as a currency, it is unfashionable. Hi, I'm a normie who finally got into crypto in nov 2021. But I don't get stable coins. When you sell your crypto, why don't you just convert back to fiat and put that fiat into your bank account right away? I worry about stable coins becoming un-pegged; this is a big concern for me; it's an extra worry that you don't have if you just convert back to fiat right away.
I can see using stable coins as a trading pair to purchase alts on a dex but I don't understand holding stable coins for longer periods of time like weeks, months or years as a store of value; to me this feels way too risky. What am I missing?

So as not to be so subjected to risks, you can just use different stable coins it means to diversify your money between USDT,USDC, DAI etc.

First of all, don't share your private key and seed phrase as this way another person will get access to your funds.
So as to transfer dai, you need to pay commission in native tokens for the net you are connected to. For example, if your DAI are on Ethereum mainnet you need ETH to run transactions there, if you are no Polygon, you need Matic etc.

Every time I find an interesting project it feels like the train already left. What tips do you have to develop your sense of smell for finding gems before they are old news? I am trying browsing thru dark forums, irc chats and AMA medium pages and I know these are skills to be honed with time but I still think there should be other ways to feel the pulse of the market that I am not considering... I fully understand you, I have the same problem when I see the article that tells about new presale or ambassador program I always think that it is already too late even if this article was published 3 or 5 days ago. Marketing is really important when there are so many competitors so I think that Tron should change its marketing strategy so that more people become aware of it.

I can't say for sure if there will be a new bull run or crypto-winter. Personally I think that there will be a bear market, but actually, I see that there will be new trends and mass adoption will be still strong so maybe it will not be so tough like it was after 2017 bull market. I think that projects that are connected with security and layer 2 will still be popular anyway.

I would definitely add BNB that is a native token of the most popular centralized exchange Binance and Binance smart chain. There were a lot of projects that launched on this platform. I read an article on Blockster. Would you add anything else? Let's discuss

Also I think that Matic must be in this list of the most popular cryptocurrencies of 2021. Polygon overtook either Ethereum and BSC many times in daily volume this year. It created a huge ecosystem with many NFT-projects.
Actually, I am not looking for defi-projects to invest in their native tokens, but I look for defi-projects to work in them. Usually, I invest in different pairs that give me really good APYs on some reliable platforms or just do staking, but when there was a boom of defies, I invested in different new platforms so as to get exorbitant interests.
I don't know projects that have really good fundamentals and are not included in top-100, but you can check upcoming ICOs and investigate projects that are about to launch. If they have famous partners, interesting ideas and technologies and a strong team, you should consider this project. You can invest in projects before they list on exchange and this way you will get a big profit if you choose the right project.

Actually, I believe that if there will be a new qualified CEO in Tron and it will continue developing and run more advertisement, Tron will become even better. Justing Sun abandoned Tron not because he doesn't believe in it, but because he wants to develop another sphere and make crypto more widely adopted. I didn't trade altcoins or invest in them very actively, I worked in defi-projects more and participated in different ambassador campaigns. Actually, these spheres are quite interesting and I got some profit from them. Ambassador campaigns haven't bring me anything yet as it requires more time so that the project launches and your contribution gives you some rewards.In my point of view the biggest popularity will have Polygon. It is already very popular and sometimes it overpasses other chains in daily volume, It has a developed NFT ecosystem, it is exactly what is very popular now. Because of its fast and cheap transactions, there are a lot users. Yesterday Matic reached a new ATH 2.709 after the news that Uniswap had launched on Polygon.
I also think that bear market has already started, nevertheless, I don't think that crypto-winter is about to start soon. The main feature of crypto-winter is that there are few investors and there are few developers who found new projects, but now there are plenty of NFT-projects and metaverse projects, so I think that hype of crypto is still going.

One more exchange that I can suggest for trading is FTX as it has low commissions for depositing and withdrawing money. Actually, I use decentralized exchanges usually. The thing is that they don't support fiat money and usually it is impossible to open short-positions and perform some other trading operations, but personally I am not a trader so I need just to swap tokens and Pancake swap, quick swap and sushi swap are really convenient for that.
