It looks to be not a scam,

But poor Customer service YES
Lack of responsibility probibly


the update for so far

Technobit who had not responded since 23-12-2013. only began to respond again after 3 posts in this forum.

The packages were not deliverd to me but to a mister Hoorman (thats not me!)
I asked for proof of delivery on 23-12-2013. they could not provide this proof.

Now they want to file a claim with carrier, and that I should just wait another 90 days.

Diti is not reasonable it's not my fault that wrong has been bowls and technobit more than 3 months has done nothing.

If technobit was reasonable, they would give my direct my money back.

TECHOBIT Where is my order

2013-10-11   placed an order still no unit, they say it was deliverd thats not the case.
Then told they wil provide a proof of delivery still not here ....

They clearly can't provide the proof!!!!!!!!!!!!
And they don't refund

If not why doesn't technobit ignore all e-mails

Sorry thats no answer.

I want a date .

That 20 days is not clearly report on the site

This withdraw litmit was started yesterday , so is not applybol to me becouse my request was done on 30 november 21 december would be 3 weeks so i demand my to be on my bank account then

Your own fault if ou are still relying on them
They are in bad shape and unlikely to recover anytime soon to anything approaching acceptable service levels

The big question if they so "bad"  why do they still have a bitcoin foundation gold status

3 weeks before that i did my first payment with them no problem money within 3 to 4 days

today the first batch of NanoFury camo out of trough hole assembly
here are some photos of the very first board of the production run.

We are working on heat sink now. To be ready until tomorrow morning then start shipping

I still do not have the miners, technobit does not repond or verry late.

I still do not have my two USB miners

My packes was reported shiped and was not tracebol trow site of technot bit.
on 18 1 get quick respons with tracking url.
It says parcel deliverd, i reported it was not, i got respons that he will send a letter to transporter.

I mailed technobit on 26-11 no respons
I mailed them today again.

But i think i won't get a respons het al, and my order is LOST, no money back, no miners.

No way to get money back or miners.
Because i reported a dispute earlyer because techno bit dit not respond, and i closed them because they finaly told me ship time that was of bye 2 weeks bye the way.

But i can't reopend or open new dispute with paypal i will contact i gues because of this

Technobit apparently claimed that 24/7 email support have that is not true. It is very bad reaction time to mail or NOT at all.
