So did you lost your wallet or do you need the backup as you jsut can have one wallet open at the same time. Just save the backup file on an USB stick or another computer just save the file that is all or did i missed your question?

I installed it on Desktop of Mac OS system.
Because It is different between MAC OS and WINDOWS System during do installation. So I'm confuse it.
With windows system HBC Wallet will be installed in the specify folder and easy to track it. But in MAC OS don't like it.
And I can't find out any file name "wallet.dat" in MAC OS. I already search it.
The file "wallet.dat" backup can use for both Windows system and MAC OS right?

Even the internal exchange doesn't work! HBC has hi-jacked potential investors' BTC and they want a minimum 50 HBC ransom before allowing you to withdraw your BTC, but you can't even buy HBC from the internal exchange if you wanted to! I deposited 0.1 BTC to the HBC platform and it clearly shows my balance on the dashboard, but it shows 0 BTC on the internal exchange, which means that I'm even locked out of buying the 50 HBC even I wanted to. Total bullshit!
After deposit BTC into Homeblockcoin, Please kindly to click Exchange Tab and do once times "Deposit" this BTC to Exchange Platform.
You can buy HBC very quickly.

Guys, throwing around with cuss words is no help at all, just a sign of bad education.
Some things didn't work quite out as planed with the HBC release, that's clear. However, believe it or not, but I think you can say the developer's never had the intention to make anything bad. If you don't believe that - you shouldn't have invested anyway.
The HBC team has surely learned something here, and I'm sure that wasn't the last lesson.
The idea behind HBC remains good and the developer's are able to bring something on. The taken steps can be corrected, no need to panic.
As soon as the internal exchange goes live (which they should release ASAP, like NOW), things have the ability to normalize.
@HBC Team: Investing money is always tied to emotions, the more money you invest ... you know. Take the anger of the upset people here as motivation to get things going. The first release of everything doesn't have to be perfect, it has to be functional. Today on telegram chat one member said that you charged him 220$ USD for 0.2 BTC withdraw, do you also think this is legit? no one gonna invest in your project with such retarted fees.

HBC is not available of course as there is no exchange yet, the internal exchange will launch within the next 8 days. The external we don not know, YoBit, Coinexchange.io and Cryptopia have confirmed HBC listing but not an exact date :/ Right now our algo is able to trade BTC buy/sell. Over all as long as you got the secret key on a safe place there should all HBC be there if not they are probably gone. To make sure send the transaction ID or so to the support team and they will answer you within a day.

Just to let you know we get about 1,000 E-Mails a day and pretty much 80% is things everybody finds online, we try to answer everybody but we have to take care of big problems first then the small ones.If you lost the backup file your HBC are gone...please contact the support over Telegram and they will try to help you within a day. I very on it I hope.
That turned out very offensively, it was succeeded to purchase chinks on ICO, and they did not reach me and copied off from balance. Thus I as felt, did the first conclusion verification - 10 HBC and he was well got. Then ordered the paid remaining 227 of chinks and I wait translation already 14 days. And now a purse is synchronized with a network, but there evidently only one transaction on 10 coins.
I hope will correct it, well or on balance on a web-site to return getting lost HBC. Both variants me will arrange

Over all as long as you got the secret key on a safe place there should all HBC be there if not they are probably gone. To make sure send the transaction ID or so to the support team and they will answer you within a day.

Just to let you know we get about 1,000 E-Mails a day and pretty much 80% is things everybody finds online, we try to answer everybody but we have to take care of big problems first then the small ones.If you lost the backup file your HBC are gone...please contact the support over Telegram and they will try to help you within a day. We do whatever we can to make things work for everybody and we can not change the fact that YoBit and Cryptopia just have half their team in the office because of Christmas.
