I'm using miningrigrentals to handle this. I think you can setup up to 5 pools.

I like the clear label of "TESTNET" on it... I think that could contribute to the lack of confusion.

Our current testnet logo definitely could use an update.

I like the blue and the dots on yours.  It's sharp!  Good job.

I've tried another browser with same effect.

After win when I leave the game (click anything in side menu, hitting back in browser ... ) 
Returning back to coinflip game the cashout button is missing, all I can do is make another pick (possibly losing previous winnings without the option to cash out).

As for me this bug still persists and should be fixed.
