You are not the only one with wallet problems though, I have a few bitcoins worth stuck in Decred/DCR and wallet has been under maintenance for a few months now.
They've recently said they're going to fix the wallets in the next 2 weeks... hopefully they manage to do it.
They handle quite a lot of coins (almost 700 I believe) so mistakes are bound to happen
