Debbie here, my heart sunk when I’ve seen your replies and realised I’ve broken the rules posting, I am genuinely very sorry about that, it came from a good place in wanting to reply to you all and I was excited to meet you on the live chat, I will apologize to the team here internally too and I hope you can forgive me, it wasn’t intentional, it’s no news here to the team I tend to over-communicate!  I know now and will do my best for the BitcoinTalk Community and I thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Thanks so much for your welcome, no fees for withdrawing, you can submit docs directly on the site too although it's not necessary to start.
