How the hell does ASICs promote security? ASICs promote centralization because you need specialized costly hardware to be able to acquire them (leading to only capitalists acquiring them), unlike GPUs which are common household devices (you have a PC? you have a GPU). The more centralized a network is, the less secure it is (51% attack). So ASIC based algos are actually inherently less secure than GPU-only based algos.

It is not. Please verify first before you make false claims. We are at block 16000 when the ANN was made, but the premine was small. It's just been around for some time now before this post was made.

This guy is doing pre-sale when he does not even have wallet or running blockchain. I raised the issue on the discord and he deleted my messages and everyone who questioned him - he better revise this strategy. Many scams out there - the community is CAREFUL nowadays!
He blocked me out from the channel completely after questioning repeatedly lol. I always think no one will fall for such an obvious scam, but some people always surprise me. I already some people interested to buy a masternode without a working blockchain and wallet. Seriously....

Masternode is not working because the big pools are not updating their wallets. All rewards are still going to miners. The new wallet does not seem to be rejecting connections from old wallets.

The pools are not updating wallets, so masternode rewards is not getting fixed.

Devs, please let us know when masternode rewards will start, because it will be extremely unfair to miners if masternode rewards start at block 1. that would mean only the dev team is reaping rewards.

While most masternode coins out there have a decreasing reward structure, MNB has an increasing reward structure until the max rate is reached. After then the rewards decrease to make the coin deflationary and increase price. This looks very good to me. Vote yes now!

Can anyone explain what the scrypt algorithm is for? PoS you "mine" by being a masternode. How do you get 2500 coins? Can you mine this using cpu/gpu/asic at all?
You can either mine or buy the 2500 coins, by holding 2500 coins and setting up the masternode you help the network and earn SAGA coins.
5000$ is rather expensive for new coin...
There are way cheaper and way more expensive coins and yes it is a lot of money.
The price was set by the market. There was No ICO. No Pre-sale. Whatever is the price now, it's because that's how people value the coin.
$5000 may be expensive for you as you see the coin, but the market (people) decided this is its valuation right now. There are people willing to buy at this price, and people willing to sell at this price.
