Pfff.. Just change your name and contact them with your registered email. Move on.

If you don't trust them 2-step will not help in any way will it?



It happened to me once that i was logged in into another user's account.  
I was logged in while I was idle on the live betting site for some hours and after i refreshed the page i found myself in another user's account .
If this could happen with me then it could happen to everyone and if you have no 2-Step authentication enabled then the other customer can withdraw all your funds.

Cloudbet can detect this via IP addresses, so perhaps they already know about it, but of course they wont publish this security issue.  (cookie or else i do not know)

You know all the necesserly data.

You have to settle all pending bets, there is no need to contact to you.
You have to settle not only my bets but all those bets (from other customers)  that already ended.  

You are a bookmaker if a match ends then you have to settle the bets accordingly.  

What if i do not contact you via my registered email, you will never settle those pending bets?  Who are you? Are you a bookmaker?


Do not help me, do what is your job, settle all pending bets in your database which should have been settled more than 3 6 and 9 days.

Cloudbet settled my pending bets two days ago (first time 3 pending bets from 5, 12 hours later the last two one).
2 of my bets were settled 10 days after the event date.

Today I got a new email from cloudbet.

You will need to contact us from the account linked to these bets if we are to check them.

So cloudbet already settled my bets but they are not aware of this.  
So i think cloudbet has no full control of their site/database/engine.

I had to reset my pin code 1 month ago.  I was sure that my pin code was the same as my password but it did not work.
After 9 days (Anonibet said it would take 72 hours, but did not contact me) Anonibet disabled my pin so i could enter a new one.  
I selected my login password for my pin too.
It worked for the 1st time withdrawal, but now it does not work again, so i have to wait again 3 days to anonibet to reset my pin.


Everybody copy-paste the confirmation code (from the email), but it will put a space before the confirmation code and if you do not notice it then you will get an error that the confirmation code is wrong.   Anonibet should trim the confirmation code  in their back end code.   (It is only about 7 character   , for example :    .Trim()   )

I have 5 pending bets. 2.4 BTC locked in 3 winner pending bets.

1 winner pending  bet should have been settled 8 days ago.
1 lost pending should have been settled 8 days ago.
1 winner pending should have been settled 5 days ago.
1 lost pending  bet should have been settled  5 days ago.
1 winner pending bet should have been settled 2 days ago.

My NBA preseason pending winner bet from October 22 has been settled yesterday.


I sent another 3 emails .

and i do not want to give my real name to a shady anonymous betting site that has no customer support more than 1 week


Cloudbet had 5 hours to settle my pending bets , but did nothing again.

Cloudbet has no more customer service.

Now i will register at all bookmaker forums (sbr and others) , facebook too and share this issue.

cloudbet logged in to bitcointalk.org at least 2 times today, but cloudbet did nothing again today
tomorrow i will give negative trust to cloudbet admin here, it will be visible under his avatar with red colore ,if my funds still locked in pending bets

Ive always heard this kind of issue and its not get fixed yet? I never had this one before but everybody reported this got answered by cloudbet, you should too.

regarding your question: as you know, I mentioned we were working on a fix.
Sometimes it's hard to know when it will be fixed and any ETA i could give at the time would have been wrong.

In these cases rather than giving false ETAs we prefer to be more generic and work hard at solving the issue as soon as possible.

It works now again.  

But you could answer to my question that my problem is the same issue as/connected to redepositing, but you said nothing.
So i supposed that you ignored my question because you thought that this is not an issue or you do not know what causes my problem.

And you could say that you give 50% chance that it will be solved within 1 week.  
If you say nothing i can suppose that this is a so huge bug that you wont be able to solve it. (so i have to wait 90 days... )


It works now for me, but always asking for redeposit. (I did it 2 times but i always get a pop up message to redeposit.)
