What's a good bitcoin-friendly bank in Bulgaria? I tried to withdraw from Kraken to Raiffeisen but they asked questions and then returned the transfer claiming 'insufficient information'.

Never had an issue with FiBank, also no fee for incoming SEPA.

Good Luck

Thanks mate, I'll try them.

Do you or anyone else here have experience with Unicredit Bulbank? They have better international presence.

Actually, Uquid has a 0.5% fee when moving money from account balance to cards. You'd be able to see that with a free account.  Bitpay rates have in my experience always been slightly better than thw ones Coinsbank had.

What is the EUR quote you're getting right now? I'm seeing 715.36 on Coinsbank.

Well, remarkably, that's a better rate that BitPay at the moment. I wasn't looking at EUR rates admittedly. You should check if this is a sell/buy rate though.

I think that was the last price? Rates vary because they have their own exchange, so sometimes they will be below Bitpay prices I guess. Also spreads on BTC/EUR are wide around 1% most of the time, so that's another cost.

I'm trying to figure out if they have a loading fee like other card providers or if it's just the 0.5% trading fee you pay to convert on the exchange. Anyone has experience with Coinsbank cards here?

Like I said above, my deposit method is bitcoins. My limits have nothing to do with the loading fee.
Here's the scenario. I deposit BTC, sell it for Bitcoins (get charged 0.5%). Can I transfer that EUR free to my EUR card or is there a loading fee?
Any Coinsbank users here please share your experience.

On CoinsBank there is no separate topup or transfer process. You have your accounts in the system with deposited BTC or LTC or EUR on it.
When you pay with your card, CoinsBank convert crypto automatically to the card's currency by market rates, for example BTC to EUR. Or LTC to USD, if your card denominated in USD and you have LTC. That's all.
If you wish you may convert BTC to EUR and set only EUR account to charge in card's settings.

OK so the support guy above was wrong, there is no card loading fee. So if I have EUR in my Coinsbank account I can use that with my EUR cards without any extra fees?

Guys what is the your cost from depositing bitcoins to cashing them out? I plan to use the EUR card in Eurozone countries.

I'm aware of the ATM fee. Are there any other fees besides the ATM fee and the 0.5% trading charge to convert my bitcoins to Euros?

Hello! ATM fee depends on the type of card which are being used. Could you specify what kind of CoinsBank card do you use?

What is the estimate without the ATM fee cos that's a fixed cost. To have a simple example, let's say I use the card to do POS transactions in stores. What would be my total cost from BTC deposit to EUR payment in store?

To give you response tell us your card’s type and currency of your card, please.

Named cards, EUR

For Named cards there are no commission for POS transactions. We convert currencies in real-time if needed (thus you can use for your card operations your Bitcoin balances) at the rate specified in the top.

Right I see 0 for POS but is there a card loading fee? And will the 0.5% trading fee apply to those transactions?

Card loading fee depends on selected deposit method.
Please submit such type of questions directly from your CoinsBank account. We can’t send information about your limits and balances here.
Thank you for understanding!

Guys what is the your total cost from depositing bitcoins to cashing them out? What % do you lose by the time you have the cash in your hand? I plan to use a EUR card in Eurozone countries.

From my research only Coinsbank currently offers an exchange with a total cost of 0.5%, the rest quote an unfavorable exchange rate that is way above 0.5%.

Is this accurate? What is the cheapest option from all these cards?
Uquid has BitPay rates + 0.5% card loading fee, this is something hard to beat.

I think Coinsbank is 0.5% trading fee so total is around the same? But you're getting market rates on the exchange which may be better/worse then the actual market rates with Bitpay. Coinsbank also offers variable cashback, currently around 0.753% but I think you can only use that to pay the fees.

It's hard to figure out just how much it costs to load the card for both Coinsbank and Uquid cos they don't put that info on their website. See https://uquid.com/fees for example, no mention of the 0.5% load fee.

Any Coinsbank users here to share their experience regrading costs?

hey looking at my stats here https://raw.github.com/Unthinkingbit/charity/master/devtome_33.csv

Why does it say images 0? I have 30-50 pics uploaded? Also I haven't been rated yet, so why is my earnings multiplier 0.93? I should've gotten 32 shares for 32,000 words but I see only 30?

Not sure I'm reading this right, the file is very confusing.

You're lucky, none of mine got in this round. There is a week long process and each new writer needs to be checked by 3 different people AFTER you post your first 1000 words.

I singed up for devtome few weeks ago but didn't post anything just wrote my articles in word instead of the wiki thinking that I was ok if I post them by the deadline. Didn't know about the 1000 words rule.

Basically, everything that doesn't get in round 32 will transfer into round 33.

With the influx of new writers the process is going very slow, I have yet to be contacted about my devcoin address by an admin and it's over a week now since I started posting on devtome. Nothing to do but wait for the next round I guess.

On a similar note as my last post, since the suggestion for dedicated help position was rejected, how about we add more admins and/or devtome reviewers? The devtome word count doubled last round and is likely to double again this round with the high dvc price.

Thoughts?

Umm, hey guys I got a possible noob question concerning Devtome. I'm asking here because the Devtome thread seems to be dead.

So here's my profile:
http://www.devtome.com/doku.php?id=wiki:user:kochmann799

All the articles apart from the one called "How having little confidence affects a relationship" were written and submitted to the front page before the submission deadline of Round 32. When I checked the stats it seems only the four above the subsection were counted in by tomecount as the word count from the stats matches the total I did on wordcounter.net

So my question is. Did I screw up by making a subsection? Will my articles still get counted in this round if I line them up differently?

Thanks!

Global Bitcoin promotional Video.  A Bitcoin Documentary on the Bicoin Global scene and the Launch of the first Bitcoin flag into space.  launching the bitcoin flag into Space. Yes, First Bitcoin Flag into SPACE. We want to cover the essence of the Bitcoin community and expand on the future of Bitcoin. Promote and  share  the greatness of bitcoin community and its superior currency solution. Please donate bitcoin to the project here 1HNNi6EPCxRsHUpGESZXoFr9qpWqiLeY8L

If you do donate you can request to put any image you desire on the Craft that takes bitcoin flag into space: Logos ,Pictures you name it We will put it into SPACE

Email all images to be placed on craft to support@bitcoinsniper.com include your email address in donation

Limited space on Craft So donate Now

Launch will take place in April 2014 or later depending on weather

The launch into space will be recorded in High definition and craft will have 4 cameras mounted on it. Two of which will record the hull as it reaches space.

More info Here: http://www.bitcoinsniper.com/contact-us/about-us/bitcoin-space-race/

Want to be apart of the project let me know. Have some good ideas Let me know

What will the launch vehicle be?

The plan is to have more than one wether balloon. One to ascend and the second to descend. We want  maximum time in the stratosphere and want 100% control throughout the entire mission so we will have controlled thrusters . This mission will  a lot of fun but more importantly will thrust bitcoin further into greatness and main stream attention
Forgive me for doubting the ability of someone who can't spell "weather" to send a balloon to the edge of space.

Even ignoring that fact, advertising this as sending something to "space" shows a lack of understanding at best, dishonesty at worst.

Finally, even if this did happen, it would get about as much attention as any one of the hundreds of other weather balloons that have been launched with a gopro attached, which is just short of none at all.

I beg to differ, anything with the name bitcoin in it will get attention atm, especially something like this. It's kinda of a bummer that it's not going to space though.
