C-Cex is not the first exchange that is out of order this time. Coinsmarkets.com is allegedly ddosed and transfer data to other servers and it does not work right now. Cryptopia.co.nz also stopped trading doge/ltc markets allegedly because of overwhelming new users.
Right. The fact that c-cex stopped new user registrations clearly indicates that their servers - just like any other coin market server currently - ran out of steam. What's disturbing is the lack of transparency. 'Holiday' is is such a lame excuse and utterly unnecessary, too. Everyone would understand and appreciate the truth.

a) von der 'fee density', die sich aus dem Transaktions-Volumen im Bitcoin-Netzwerk ergibt, und
b) von der Daten-Menge, die deine Transaktion in dem Block einnimmt, der deine Transaktion in die Blockchain schreibt. Diese Datenmenge hängt davon ab, aus wieviel Teilbeträgen sich deine Transaktion zusammensetzt.
Ein Beispiel: Du hast dir auf eine Adresse mehrere Beträge schicken lassen, sagen wir einmal 0,5 BTC und einmal 0,2 Btc. Wenn du jetzt z.B. 0,6 BTC verschicken willst, müssen zwei Teilbeträge verarbeitet werden. Das versursacht eine höhere Datenmenge, die verarbeitet werden muss. Da die Blockgröße leider sehr begrenzt ist, ist jedes Byte das da reingeschrieben werden muss, teuer.

John McAfee fand ich noch nie auch nur ansatzweise vertrauenswürdig. Und seine Äusserungen zu Coins klingen immer nach Marketing ... yeah yeah hyper hyper! Der Mann hatte ja schon immer mentale Probleme. Gestern hat er - gegen seine eigene Ankündigung - wieder einen Coin of the Day gehypt, und heute behauptet er, er sei gehackt worden und der Post sei nicht von ihm. Selbst mein 3-jähriger Neffe liefert bessere Ausreden ;-)

It's possible to opt for compute mode during installation, which will only install OpenCL support. This prevents some installations from severe crashing, as it happened to me. With the following commands everything worked smoothly for me
