If something sounds too good to be true, well it is not true! With such scams, most of the time people think they are in a hurry so they don't make any kind of search. If you just search the url you will see this is a scam.
However these scams are really cheap! It will be a never ending story...

I cannot see a direct correlation on the two things. Maybe a gambler could just make his bets without being stressed to have " a profit".
Maybe a gambler could just spend few dollars on a bet without being obsessed of the outcome.
I don't think there are gamblers that "waste" huge amount of money "just for fun"...

10% from a bankroll MONTHLY is a crazy and high revenue that would beat any other profit/platform or even kind of investment (maybe investing in drugs or being a loan shark could be more profitable!) In less than one year, by coumpounding it could be easily reach... this is a crazy target!

I would definitely agree with you, budgeting is ESSENTIAL and could maximize earnings/profits/expenditures and so on.
Some people told to me = well but this is a tiny fraction that could be earned on this way... I know but if you are earning even 5% of your yearly salary in that way you can have 1-2 monthly salary for FREE! Just optimizing your expenses.
If you apply the same in gambling you can "gamble for free" or at least without the stress of losing money.

In Italy a bank has purchased 10 bitcoin! It was something that has created more hype in terms of visibility then the real advantage of purchasing these coins.
I am not surprised that the "race" has not started at least here in my country.  And generally, even if many companies worldwide are buying there is not already a "supply shock".  Yes, I think that this would be the turning point with every company that start to understand the rules of the game
