Where to invest?
Any ICO
I think you should invest in Ripple and Ethereum. I know Ripple is a over rated coin which is not even decentralized but has a high potential to grow. Both the altcoins has a potential to rise so do invest in them as they both will help you to increase your profit.

Re: What can be done to stop bitcoin price from sliding down again
by
bitcoinvamp
on 11/02/2018, 11:42:22 UTC
What is the solution for price sliding of bitcoin? Singapore refused to regulate bitcoin and other cryptocurrency trading but instead promotes it.
At this time you can't do anything to increase or decrease the price of bitcoin . This is because at this time of the year many countries are renewing there budget so this budget making is one reason that the market goes down every year at this time. People are more concerned with whats happening in their country rather than with bitcoin at this time. Another reason can be due to the down fall in the stock market recently . This has affected the bitcoin so much that it decreases to 6200$ . So, at this time you can just buy more and more bitcoins and wait for some time as the price will eventually increase .

How much will 1 bitcoin be worth in 2026/27?
People can't tell the price of bitcoin for the next day or even for the next hour so how could you expect from people that they could tell you about the price after 8-9 years. And why are you so worried about the price after the 10 years from now or i think you does not know anything about the bitcoin in depth and just wanted to post something in order to increase your activity.

Re: Is Python good for bitcoin apps?
by

on 08/02/2018, 17:41:00 UTC
Hi,

I want know, Is Python good for bitcoin apps?

I want to try make easy bitcoin app and heard that Python is best for coding blockchain..
Is it really? (I choose new stack for code)

or best stack MEAN?

What language you use for coding?

Thanks.
I think choosing a language is not what matters but what matter is that in which language you are more comfortable and which language you know better. But i guess python is way more easy to operate than java , c++ or even C . I personally like to use either python or perl both are extremely easy to use compared to java and c++. Python is preferred more because it can be compiled into a executable code or even can run uncompiled. Python is way easier to understand even for beginners so choosing python over java and C++ will be a good choice.

Re: wait for bitcoin prices to go up
by
bitcoinvamp
on 08/02/2018, 17:30:19 UTC
will this year be the same as last year's year after the Chinese New Year's celebration of the bitcoin price rises again and even exceeds the previous high, I expect bitcoin to rise from this decline, and we as users should be able to keep the price in the way we do not panic at seeing a price drop because this is all just a matter of time

can bitcoin rise after the turn of the new lunar year later?
It not only can rise instead it will definitely rise to a new extent like last year and it will again surprise the investors and the members in the forum when it touches the unexpected price by the end of this year. People should just try to hold there bitcoins and wait till the time is right. At this time panic would not solve anything for people so they should have trust in bitcoin and wait for the rise in the market price.

In India, Bitcoin is not a legal tender. But it is not explicitly termed as illegal. What is the reason for such a stand by Government? what are its implications?
Yeah bitcoin is not a legal tender in India but it is still not officially banned in India either. The reason why it could be at stand by could be that they want to warn people who are trying to do scams or are trying to do money laundering . I think they Would not ban bitcoin but they would imply some restrictions which could eliminate the chances of fraud and money laundering.

Re: I bought at 19k, now what?
by

on 07/02/2018, 18:09:59 UTC
I bought 3 btc on credit for 19k about. What should I do? I am way underwater.
There is only one thing that you should probably do right now is that you HOLD your bitcoins for now and just try to forget that you ever bought them. Just don't see the price after few minutes or even after days. Just wait for the end of the year as that is the time you gonna say thanks to yourself for holding your bitcoins when the price would be way more than 19000$. Also, i know it is hard to wait when you know you are in huge loss but i think you don't have a choice here so you have hold and wait for the right time.

Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit
by
bitcoinvamp
on 07/02/2018, 17:58:34 UTC
Very interesting to see the reactions to the newly introduced concept of merit as an additional indicator of account maturity and quality beyond just pure number of posts / activity. While this was introduced to increase post quality it has of course created a counter movement and a market place for "trading" merit - for money.
So this is just a reminder for everyone that the introduction of merit is a GOOD thing because it will help improve the quality of this forum for everybody.

"Trading" merit will undermine this and render it eventually useless.

Keep contributing!

Yeah merit system is quite an effective system to be introduced in the forum as its definitely gonna increase the quality of posts made by the members of the forum and the quality of the forum in the whole. I loved the basic idea behind this concept but it will be effective till people start to abuse this system by trading merits for money. I think the administrator of the forum will have something in order to control this misuse and stop this from happening.

Re: Positive thinking brings positive things.

Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.
You are absolutely right here and not only speculation but in every section there is this same topics being created again and again on the down fall of bitcoin. None is trying to get positive here , it seems that from all these years no one has faith over bitcoin and its disturbing. They don't see that this is just because of correction and the drop in stock market which effected the price of bitcoin. Bitcoin is going to increase again and thats for sure

See yah! Bitcoin is approaching for a new run, not down but a faster bullish run again. A jump from 6200$ to 7500$ is a good sign.

Time to regret for those who panic selling and those who doesn’t buy on dip. But it’s not too late, there’s still some time as we’re now heading to a new heights. Ride along bitcoiners, you don’t want to be left behind. Are you?

Yeah it definitely a good news as bitcoin has reached 8000$ again so there is a chance that it will start rising again . Not sure but it seems that there can be some drop again . But if not then it will be definitely a good sign for the bitcoin market . There have been many people who panic due to this extreme fall and they sold there bitcoins as they though it would be stupidity loosing everything but what they didn't know was that it is gonna rise again .

Re: Bitcoin Cash is going to $3500 by June
by
bitcoinvamp
on 06/02/2018, 17:35:18 UTC
There is a information in the corners that Bitcoin cash will goto a new height a touch near $4000very soon and may even the king. A lot of people are shifting from Bitcoin to Bitcoin cash.
There may be a tiny possibility that what you are saying becomes true that bitcoin cash may touch $4000 buy the month of June but saying that it will become the king surpassing bitcoin is not really a possibility. If the price of Bitcoin cash increases to 4000$ then automatically bitcoin is going to touch 25000$ by the same time . And there is no way bitcoin cash can come near to bitcoin . People are not shifting they are just investing in bitcoin cash along with bitcoin so that they get double profit out of both.

Re: When will the market turn and start growing again?
by
bitcoinvamp
on 06/02/2018, 17:28:18 UTC
As soon as everyone starts shouting about the lowly in one voice and the collapse of the exchanges, then the market will unfold. This will say that those who used to shop earlier started selling the crypt. At this time, large players will buy crypto currency from nervous people, and when bought up, news agencies and TV will begin to generate a positive background for crypto-instruments. A new rally will begin without those who left the concert.
Yeah that's true many people who bought bitcoin at higher price are losing there shit and selling there bitcoins as they don't want to loose everything but what they don't know is that the bitcoin and even other alts are correcting themselves and in a short period of time the markets gonna rise again. I don't know exactly when it would happen but it will increase definitely. The people going panic should see the stats of bitcoin from the past years and they will be satisfied with the situation as it has always happened in the beginning of the year. So, i don't see anything new that could make people panic.

Re: negaitve balance BTC??
by

on 06/02/2018, 17:17:35 UTC
Hello,

I sometimes see addresses with negative balance..  like -0.05 BTC
I don't understand how it possible.
Where can I read about this features?

Thanks.

I don't think this is possible as i have never seen a wallet with a negative balance . It is just a bug present in the website ho show that kind of information. It is not a bug that is present in any type of wallet or in bitcoin but in the website showing it. And there are no features here about this topic. This can be seen only due to double spend transaction .

Re: Can bitcoin withdstand the raising legal obstacle.

As we know it, bitcoin faces several question of legality. Some countries opposes  the circulation of bitcoin. The question is still on the air. What do you think guys.,
I think these questions about legality had been faced by bitcoin from  a long  time now and it has withstand so far and will continue the same spirit. There may be some restrictions applied for many but there are so many things that the government of any country can't control about bitcoin. The countries that try to oppose the usage of bitcoin can do very less regarding this. They can just impose some tax on it nothing part that.

Bitcoin price is going crazy now a days.
It's going below the 6000$ and still not certain how much it will go down?
what you think about uncertainty in this price?
I think It will still go down to 5000$ but not lower than that i guess. Some days back i thought that it will never go down from 10000$ but it still dropped so i guess now 5000$ doesn't look that it could not be possible. But i think this drop is just a phase that it goes through every year at this time. So, there is nothing new to get panic about its all gonna be fine after a certain time.

Re: Should I Buy or Sell now?
by
bitcoinvamp
on 05/02/2018, 17:40:32 UTC
Dear members
I have some coins: BTC, LTC, NEO, DBC. I am now wondering with this dumping market.
What should I do now? hold, buy more or sell?
Pls give me an advice  : Shocked Shocked Shocked
It is always recommended that a person should hold at the time of dump and wait for the time when it rises again as it will rise cause that's for sure. It may take time to rise again but it will so there is nothing to wear . Instead i think this is a good opportunity that you should buy more of these coin at the low rates and then sell them when it increases.

Re: Target Market of Bitcoin
by
bitcoinvamp
on 05/02/2018, 17:35:29 UTC
Kindly enumerate all the target market of Bitcoin.

Many people now loves doing bitcoin because of the advantages of doing so but the fact is many of them are still not aware of what does the Bitcoin do and how does it work. And the list of knowledge about Bitcoin is too small.
Thats why I am asking now, who must be the Target Market of Bitcoin?
Thank you.
I think the target market for the bitcoin is all the people using it and all the people buying as investors and the even the government of different countries which are involved. They all together make the target market of bitcoin. Every single one of them can change the way we see bitcoin now. Each of them has power to make the bitcoin rise and fall according to there decisions.

Re: My bitcoin prediction for 2018
by

on 05/02/2018, 17:27:20 UTC
After hours of mathematical formulas and equations I have put together, It is my prediction bitcoin will reach $47,852 at the end of 2018 on December 31, 2018.
Which mathematical formula did you applied that gave you the exact amount to which bitcoin can rise . Please let me know about it. On the contrary i can"t give the exact numbers to which it can rise but i think that it will go up to 40k to 50K this year. I am not sure about the prediction but i hope it even crosses the value i say it could reach. Due to its volatile nature and unpredictable values it could reach any amount so just hope for the best.

How low will BTC price reach?
Just to know what you guys think
I think it could go down to 5000$ but not below that and would be stable for a period of time which leave a huge opportunity for the people to buy bitcoins and wait for the price to increase and enjoy the profit. But this requires patience as the price is not gonna increase too rapidly.
