by

on 23/12/2014, 23:50:35 UTC
Hi there I have a nice amount of bitcoins and am looking for a good place to move where I can live off of selling bitcoins on LocalBitcoins.com
From bitcoins to the local currency.

The criteria is the following:

1) Somewhere im not going to get arrested for not  having licenses (like those guys in Florida)
2) Somewhere I may be able to exchange btc for a markup (possibly a country with expensive or unreliable exchanges )

Thanks.

Is Trading BTC To AltCoin and Back to BTC as effective as CoinMixing services?
by

on 03/12/2014, 23:48:43 UTC
Hello, I am big fan of btc's pseudo-anonimity. But noticed transactions can still be tracked if someone is looking or knows how. What I wanted to know is  if Coinjoin/Coinmixing is as effective or better than getting BTC/trading to altcoin/then back to BTC for staying anonymous. Please note that my question is for educational purposes. Thanks.

State of Bitcoin Gift/Debit Card Providers(Prepaid or Reloadable with Bitcoin)
by

Hello i'm not selling anything, but building a list of providers of bitcoin debit cards. Since I have no bank account and only bitcoin.

The requirements are:
1-A service where visa/mastercard debit card can be loaded with funds from bitcoin wallet
2-A Visa/Mastercard debit/gift card from a seller accepting btc
3- Any giftcard market selling prepaid visa/amex/mastercard/etc giftcards

Some options i've come across are:
-ShiftPayments
-Xapo
-ANX

And then for Prepaid cards, there are some on DeepWeb markets, like MBANK or Zachodni,
but I heard some bitcointalk members had problems with those cards.

Anyone know of other options? Thanks for your time.

Is There Any Merchant Service that accepts cards/bank xfer & pays me out in BTC?
by

Hello, I am looking to start a site selling stuff online for BTC.
My goal is to keep earnings in BTC, but since most online shoppers don't have BTC, is there any service that accepts the customer's fiat (debit cards/credit cards/bank transfer/wires) and pays me out in Bitcoin(BTC).

After doing some research it appears that Payza or BitPagos may offer a service like this, but i'm not sure how they work.

But my goal is to accept a customer's fiat to bitcoin, without needing a bank account Smiley
Thanks

So lets say i need to pay for something in a large amount and they dont accept bitcoins.
Is there a service which can send a wire transfer on my behalf in which i pay in bitcoins?

Sure i can use snapcard for smaller purchases, but 2% becomes expensive if i need to send several thousand dollars worth of bitcoin.

Is there any service like this? Thanks.

Let's say I send a Bitcoin exchange my fiat and I wants my coins sent to my local wallet insteads of them running a fractional reserve with my coins.

I believe coinbase allows me to send coins to my desktop wallet. Which other exchanges do the same?

After Trading BTC to cash. What bank accts offer no foreign transaction fee?
by

So i'm trying to start an online shop accepting btc, but need to figure out the best bank accounts in any country except USA/China in which I can "cash-out" my earned bitcoins to.

An ideal one would be an account with a debit card that charges no foreign transaction fee when I buy on US based sites like Amazon, Ebay, etc. Even though its not a US account.
I buy a lot online so a prepaid card may not be the best choice.

I've looked over payoneer, okpay, paypal, but not sure. Can someone please give me any suggestions? Thanks.

Re: How Do BTC-E Owners Manage To Stay Anonymous?

Hello. I noticed that the btc-e owners are anonymous.
I've had good experience on their site, but wanted to know how one can receive and send money anonymously internationally like they do.

This information might be helpful for people like myself interested in being anonymous or
wanting to start a btc exchange in countries where sending funds to bitstamp or btc-e is difficult.

Thanks.

not sure how they manage to do it ... but when you fund transfer .... you transfer to their account right?

..send money anonymously internationally
When you wire money (international inbound) they now have 3 choices for the destination.

Selling Altcoins for Bitcoin (Using Bitpay)?
by
bitconan
on 07/05/2014, 08:16:17 UTC
When using Bitpay has anyone tried selling altcoin for bitcoin while using Bitpay?
I did not find it on they're page, so not sure if its acceptable by TOS.

Here is an example:

Customer has bitcoin (Wants to buy altcoin) -> Customer pays with BTC to buy Altcoin (Use bitpay to get cash) -> Result , sold altcoin, got cash, customer gets altcoin

Has anyone tried this with bitpay?
