i see no reasons why u guys sell so cheap. better hold
I loaded up my wallet and added the asset ID to check out the activity... they're selling at ridiculously low prices, about 1000 NXT per stake. The price will easily be 20x that amount when we have a client. People need to keep a strong hand! (but cheap Ora is the buy of a lifetime, honestly).
I didn't receive mine; I was on the original list but not on the final... probably due to my low post count here at BTT (I spend almost all of my time exclusively at the nxtforum).
Was under the impression we had until August 10 to increase our post count. Oh well. :/

Fantasy. Would love to get into SF, but I've bounced off virtually every one I've tried with Dune being the exception.
Why is 3000 or 5000 or even 10000 stakeholder of NEM better than 70 in NXT. Nothing is fair when we talking about money. Money need to be transparent not fair. Is Bitcoin unfair because of his creator? Satoshi fortune is around 1M Bitcoins, maybe more.
That's been my primary qualm with NEM from the start -- 3000 vs. 73 is meaningless.
NEM's PoI can be significant. 3000 initial stakeholders is not.

Re: [ANN] SourceCoin (SRCC) | Claim Your Stake! | POS | 1 Mil | Transparent & Fair
I sent Mac an email, because when I attempted to register my stake a few days ago it said my BTT ID had already been registered (which I clearly hadn't done yet). I gave him all pertinent info (email, Nxt ID, etc), so hopefully he can sort it out.
Well, this was an interesting ride. My first launch
Hardcored totally failed for me. I was getting nothing but rejects. Dammit, I like you guys. Prolly gonna try again in a few minutes. It took a WHILE to connect to anybody else. You guys might try lightninghash if you got a big rig, they are running real smooth but got NO hashpower. Like 12 plus hours estimated to find a block. Can't play that with my little rig, so I wound up (for now) at Hashing.at, which after 15 minutes is showing the same or close too it as cgminer on my stats.
So, you veterans, is it normal for most of the pools to be dead ten to fifteen minutes into a launch? Or just my usual luck?
Looks like the few coins I managed to snag with my USB ASIC are stuck at minerspool. Oh well. :/

Re: In 40 Hours already 4% of Iceland's population claimed their Auroracoins
I have a suggestion - why not to start some marketing campain for the multipools, allowing to "mine" NXT? Blackcoin, that's just a useless (except nice speculations))) clone of bitcoin, attracted huge attention with the help of such pools, but I believe many of BC users will migrate to NXT, if will know more about it.
The pools like hashrate.org aren't quite ready for primetime yet (stats/graphs not in place, etc). But I agree, this might be a marketing opportunity.

Re: [ANN][SPH] SAPPHIRE, LAUNCHED JUST NOW !!! EXCHANGE | KWG | MERGED
Completely anecdotal (this is the internet, after all), but a colleague of mine met the mastercoin guys recently in Berlin and said they have all but officially thrown in the towel.
Again, hearsay... but this leaves a big opportunity for players like Nxt, etherium, NEM etc.
