After looking at your post history, you also spammed multiple threads with the same message. I know you're upset about being scammed, but that doesn't mean you can break the rules about spam.

Good, the scam works in a way that they will tell you to pay them money first, that they can recover the money for you, but they are scammers. If you pay them any money, they will not investigate anything nor recovery the money for you back but only take your money and spend it.Oh yes definitely. They can scam me if they keep it all after but I care less about that. Still better than the thief keeping it.

I suggest you also to post it on their עברית (Hebrew) local board, it might help you find better candidates.

You want to recover back your money that you paid to a scam developer, the person that will help you to recover it is not a dept collector. How much did you pay the developer? The money paid to a scammer are just gone especially if not more than $1000. People that will send you personal messages will just only attempt to scam you again.

I paid to develop a project. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. He delayed and tried asking for more money then blocked me and disappeared. Typical scammer will get what karma has in store for him.
I am sorry to hear it, not getting remuneration for your work does indeed lead to frustration.If it would be possible you can create a thread in "Scam Accusations" with the details of the conversations and explain what happened to be able to put a Type3 flag on their account.
This will lead to everyone knowing that the person is running scams and even non-logged in users will be getting a warning to not contact them.

Well the opening post does reek of scam, rehashed project designs and ideas, and a telegram link to contact, sounds about scam right.But I can see that you have already put a negative trust rating on the OP. It would be better if you post a thread why you did so and add it to the "Reference" while tagging someone.
In this manner everyone will know what went down, otherwise you and I can call each other scammers for no reason and people get misled.
