Dear CEX,

Thank you for the quick reply, and I confirm hereby that I could transfer BSV from CEX wallet to Guarda wallet successfully within a hour, and the fee was clear and reasonable (0.001), talking about the email notification sent a month ago, as for me, I couldn't find that email, and I think IMO the:

is not clear enough (for how long? and how much?) which makes hosting/trading crypto in CEX hard to predict.

السلام عليكم،

أردت التنبيه فقط أن الموقع
CEX.io
والذي كان موثوقا فيه عند البداية، هو يواجه الآن صعوبات تقنية حسب قوله، وشكايات كثيرة من المستخدمين، وصلت إلى حد اتهامه بالنصب والاحتيال

لذلك أنبه على أنه لا أحد يمكن الوثوق به، مهما كان يحمل من أوسمة

 لا يمكن تحميل العملات الرقمية مسؤولية تصرفات الأشخاص، لأنها تقنية يمكن استخدامها لحل مشكلات كما يمكن استخدمها للنصب على الناس
التقنية توفر أدوات لحماية المستخدمين مثل العقود الذكية والتشفير المتعدد وغيرها، لكن الناس تتحايل على بعضها
أيضا لا ننسى أن العملات الملموسة لا تخلو بدورها من الاحتيال رغم وجود سلطات مركزية

It looks like a marketing tracking email for me, same as "CEX.IO to List TRON (TRX) and BitTorrent (BTT)" which I received 2 days ago, it has a button "READ MORE" and url starting with "https://track2.cex.io/wf/click?upn=1ew9NkmgDTkNj6xDOhyZyBlTmxUKL1TYrSdt6qz-......"

@CEX Yesterday you're sending a reminder saying:

"The BSV storage fee comes into effect tomorrow, July 11!
Dear customer,
We kindly remind you that tomorrow, July 11, we will start deducting a storage fee of 0.01 BSV per day.
We recommend withdrawing your BSV funds from CEX.IO to an external wallet to avoid charges."

like a new type of fees all of a sudden! and guess what is next? the site "cex.io" becomes down right after that?
Sir... it's ok to have issues with the platform we understand technical issues, we know how difficult to deal with increased growth, but applying new type of fees then put everything down this won't make you attract new clients anyway. Good luck!
