Puedes ir probando localbitcoins con pequeñas cantitades para aprender como funciona. Una vez entiendas como funciona e identifiques a buenos compradores puedes vender tus bitcoins de manera bastante rápida y cómoda.

Una pregunta: ¿Qué ventaja ofrece una paper wallet frente a un offline armory? ¿Tiene sentido que haga paper wallets si ya tengo offline armory?
Me respondo a mi mismo: Creo que una ventaja es que con la paper wallet puedo recuperar los btc con distintos clientes, incluso con webwallets. Si guardo los btc en armory, aunque tenga un paper backup, tengo que instalar un armory y bajarme todo el blockchain para poder gastar esos btc. Estoy pensando un escenario en que no tuviera acceso a mi pc habitual.

¿Y no es más fácil hacer un "swipe" de la paper wallet? Es decir, transferir todos los fondos de la paper wallet a una wallet convencional en una transacción. Gastas lo que te apetezca en la wallet convencional. Luego se puede hacer una nueva "paper wallet" con los bitcoins que no se han gastado.
Pero si tienes los ahorros repartidos en varias direcciones puedes limitar ese "swipe" a una selección parcial de direcciones según lo que vayas a gastar. Imagina que tienes ahorrados 1000 BTC y quieres gastar 1 BTC. Daría un poco de miedo cargar, por ejemplo, a blockchain.info 1000 BTC. Mientras que si esos 1000 BTC están repartidos en varias direcciones, solo se necesita exponer una pequeña parte.
Luego se puede hacer una nueva "paper wallet" con los bitcoins que no se han gastado.
Lo de tener direcciones en blanco ya preparadas lo decía porque generar un monedero de papel puede llevar su tiempo (hacerse con una impresora, tener un equipo desconectado de Internet, etc.) y es más cómodo dejarse el trabajo hecho.

Los monederos de papel admiten un único uso si no quieres comprometer su seguridad, como comenta arriba coinpr0n. Ten en cuenta que incluso si configuraras tu software de monedero para que redirigiera el saldo restante a la misma dirección de origen que tienes impresa en papel, perderías la seguridad que te da el papel pues habrías usado la clave privada en un ordenador que podría estar comprometido de alguna manera y estarías publicando la clave pública al hacer el pago, etc.
Lo mejor, en mi opinión, es utilizar monederos de papel con unas cuantas direcciones, incluidas direcciones inicialmente vacías, para poder gastar los ahorros poco a poco importando las claves privadas de las direcciones que quieras gastar, tachando como inválidas esas direcciones utilizadas, y enviando los bitcoins sobrantes a nuevas direcciones, no utilizadas, del papel.

Can I recover my bitcoins if one day electrum servers disappear?
Hi,
I tried electrum this week and I totally love it. It perfectly fits my needs. I like the fact that uses a deterministic wallet and also that it shows the number of transactions of each address. Probably I will discover more things that I like as I keep using it.
My only concern is the fact that it is dependent on servers. Will it be possible to recover my bitcoins if electrum servers disappear?
I know this is probably a newbee question. I have tried to look for a FAQ at the documentation web and couldn't find any.

Thanks for your answer and good advise. Right now I am running armory in a dedicated NATted old computer with a clean ubuntu LTS installation . The computer stays offline most of the time, as I turn it on only when I want to access my wallet. At some point I should move to the next level of security and start using an offline wallet.
To be honest, these security measures are an overkill for the little money that I have. But I do like following the best practices, even if it is not strictly necessary

Even if someone steals one of my computers with the encrypted wallet inside an encrypted folder, they cannot get the bitcoins (I hope).
I can always recover my bitcoins with my paper backup.
I don't have that many bitcoins anyway. Even if they were stolen it wouldn't be a big deal.

Is it possible at all to use the same armory wallet in two different computers?
Well, the reason is that I have a computer at work and one at home. I try to have everything replicated.
I am aware that having the wallet replicated increases the chances of theft. As my directories are encrypted and the wallet is encrypted, I think that theft would not be a big issue.
