From as long as I've known him, the dev (White) does, on the rare occasion, drop off the face of the earth for a few weeks at a time. Real life stuff happens, maybe he's spending quality time with his family? New job? Vacation? Who knows. I'm pretty sure regardless of the reason, he's not going to just abandon this and his other project(s?) completely unannounced and disappear forever, especially while the coin is still alive and well.
So no need to pollute the air with fud unless there's a solid reason for it.
Just keep on staking and watch those numbers climb.

Why yes, White, I'm happy that you pointed that out. Here's the lowdown:
What we have here is called a scaled vector graphic. If you don't know what's so special about them, here's the short and sweet: Since they save images as shapes instead of pixels, SVG's can be scaled to any resolution (larger or smaller) and always look just as good. No jagged edges. Especially good for high quality prints.

After too much delay, I have finally finished the SVG version of the logo; now you can blow it up to your hearts content. Real sharp and clean, ready for the highest of high defintions.
Buuuut.. I don't have anywhere that will host svg's. So nobody gets to see it just yet.

That fudder did make a point about the forum part.. it does need some work. We finally have a decent-sized cork in the bot spammers, but never got around to fixing the place up like I did the main site visually, so I'll try to do that in the next few weeks.

All I can say is, thank you so very much for making it possible to mine this; all other Zcash miners wouldn't work on my card in cuda mode. I was only able to get them working in open CL, doing a pathetic 1-2 sol/s.
Huge shame that this wasn't out when earnings would have been decent, but massive thanks still for giving older cards like mine something to work with finally.

So having heard nothing for a while from the founder I perused the dedicated GPUcoin website yet found nothing recent there save about 81 spammy posts from some user calling himself paterickfag. Maybe I got left behind here and everyone else is hanging out somewhere on a GPUCoin smartphone app? At any rate, I decided to get out while I could get still my mining investment back. It was I who tanked the coin on Yobit today - yes I'm the idiot who bought the book this time. Weak hands have left the building.
I actually made a little bit on this venture but it's not nearly enough to retire on (as I had hoped) so I'm going donate a tiny bit to a worthy charity. I'm creating a bitcoin address that begins with 1GPUCoin from which I will send the coin. I'm thinking in some way it will immortalize the existence of GPUcoin in the bitcoin blockchain. I would appreciate suggestions for charities that accept Bitcoin. I'll update here once the donation is sent.

White said that he got banned from here (YET AGAIN!) for trying to open up a new ANN since, despite all evidence given, they still refuse give him control back of his original account. So he's given up posting anything here.
The spam on the forum is unfortunate and gets hit by spammers frequently, but keep in mind there is maybe 3 people who moderate it, myself included, and I do not visit there daily.
I cleared it out and banned the spammer.
The coin is not dead, dev is still around, just not here. You can thank BCT for that.
I just got .3039 GPU from their faucet, so at least that part is working right. I'll try signing up to the wallet later to confirm if it's the correct one as well.

Or is it more likely that someone kidnapped him, stole his phone, currently lives in his home, changed the wallet download for a day or two, reported himself for doing it, continued development of the coin to this day, maintained contact with everyone, refused donations to recover his own coins lost, and the real white has disappeared off the face of the earth and isn't trying to stop the new white from getting control of the same account this unknown hacker/kidnapper should already have access to?

Whitey92d15b7 is 100% legitimately the original owner of the white92d15b7 account. I have contact with him through BBM (Via his phone), the USEDGPUS.COM official site/forum, and through access/use of the official site's FTP; all of which have been ongoing continually both before and after the incident where he lost his account here.

I did a lot more learning and I have seen the error of my ways.
I just got done tearing apart almost everything on our site.. and now it should actually be all-resolution friendly, all the way down to 240x.
Let me know if it's broken for anyone or anything; I don't have a lot to test it with.

Everyone rushes in when the price goes high, gets mad when it drops to a floor (usually higher than it started at the hump), then fuds all over the place because they didn't get a 1000x profit in 5 minutes.

I guess they considered the 15 posts as spamming. I'm pretty sure he said he got them to lock the other account, so that's probably unrelated.

He sent me a text last night saying that he translated the ANN to all different languages and posted in the btc altcoin ANN section... and bitcointalk staff banned him and deleted it all. I don't have any other details yet, but I'll try to relay anything he needs me to.
It's an uphill battle around every turn, I swear...

So how do payouts on zonecoin.tech pool work? Because I've been mining for around 12 hours and not seen a single coin come out of it. Almost 3,000 submitted accepted, 99.79% valid, pool stats show shares going up and down. And yes, I've triple checked my wallet address.
I'd really like to know what the deal is so I can either stop worrying or stop wasting my time "mining" this.
