Be carefull. This guy is scammer from Poland. He make ponzi couple month ago and people dont send money. When he have more money on account he will run with money.

Sorry for the delay but I've been absorbed with my regulard job.
After long delay I've rewritten the code and started new round.
Whats new?
- round is auto-finished
- last payout is 200% (as long as wallet balance allows it)
- if there is something left after the last 200% payout I will take 10% of what is left and 90% will be returned to contributors (starting from the last)
- next round is auto started after previous
- you can view previous rounds (http://fairponzi.com/{round_number})
- you can view raw transactions from wallet if You think I'm cheating on You: (http://fairponzi.com/1/transactions)
- some more details are shown on the stats page
Everything else stays unchanged.
My fees are 2% of each payout.
So long I've not made any profit on it but it was good programing experience
If there will be low interest then I'll shutdown the site and release code to public.

Well a ponzi would not be a ponzi unless the owner steal the money of the investors. So to say that these are ponzi games is not really accurate

IMHO A ponzi is more then using someone else's money to pay someone The term you are referring to " the woner steal the money " is called SCAM it has nothing to do with calling it ponzi..! and one more thing..! the economy of this planet is a ponzi..! Just money cycling from one hands to another if you look at bigger picture.

Nope add target="_blank" to the transaction link like so
it looks good. Spending your fees for the last payout seems a bit excessive.
About the target=blank - You know You can hold an ctrl button when clicking and get the same effect? But anyway I will add it to Your satisfaction :-)

- Last person gets whatever is left in the wallet balance
- If wallet balance is less then 200% of last deposit my fees will be used to fill it up (this only for first round)
- Round ends if no payout realised for 48 hours
Tomorow I will proppably lower the max deposit to 0.1 BTC. It does not make much difference because noone deposits this much

And this is not safe. It makes double spending attack easier but making an attack at such site as ponzi would be to much effort compared to profit.From what I know from the bitcoin protocol if a transaction is confirmed one time it's confirmed forever.
This is not entirely true. If orphant block shows up transactions will be reverted. Im not sure what happens then: are transactions resubmited by clients or just stay orphant. This could break up the btc flow in script and that is what I'm affraid of.There is a problem with the site when using firefox.

Which means players can abuse the counter. E.g send a few satoshi (w/e the min limit is) just to stop the counter - essentially grief playing.
Yes indeed but if the timer is placed on the payouts it can't happen. This also means auto payments are needed.
The referral payout vs tx fee problem is in fact my total failure. IDK why I didn't think about it. Will be fixing it soon.
Also I will be proppably adding soon poll on site to let You decide the rules of second round (payout percent, round length, referral payout percent what to do with the cash left at the end of round, etc.) .

I've lowered required confirmations to 2. This makes extra 10 minutes (this is the BTC block time). I will research more deeply into it and decide if lowering it to 1 confirmation would be wise decision. It's an safety metter.
I am considering unlocking wallet for instant payouts. Any more investors want instant payouts in exchange for lower security (I'm not saying wallet will be fully exposed but it will in fact be less secure)?

Not if it's applied to the deposits. What if you apply the 48 rule to the payout time?
be aware that ponzis are scams. they may payout once but remember 1 out of 10 people profit and most of the time the ponzi owner will take people funds and run. be careful guys and gamble in a casino
Gambling in casino's is a risk too..! I'll suggest to keep your btc in your wallet 
that is a kind of gamble too... 1btc=560$ today next month it may rise to 600-700$ or maybe 400-500$ :p but investing in ponzis is not recommended..! except if i come up with one :p 
(Yet with time passing it gets more calm)If my ponzi does not speed up then I will be closing it after second round and publishing code so You will be able to do the ponzi without much effort
