3. If it passes holders vote it's ready to start a fundraising campaign

Let’s do a short talk about how the share system will work.

BRT Network gives BTC address for each project. Address that we gave to Cointrapper — https://btc.com/12A1zgi6CnRuMayjDJvmYFjfax2pqyz1Wk.

This address used by the project to send profits that will be split as dividends for BRT holders.

Once the address received a minimum amount of 0.01 BTC the share system distributes it between BRT holders. It uses balances on the momentum of distribution. So it’s a good idea to hold your BRT tokens on one address and do not move to another if you plan to get dividends.

BRT Network will charge fees on each distribution. The fee depends on the amount that is going to be distributed.
< 0.03 BTC = 3%
< 0.05 BTC = 2%
< 0.2 BTC = 1.5%
< 0.5 BTC = 1%
> 0.5 BTC = 0.5%

So the more distribution is the lower fee it uses. The fee will be used to support the share system and the whole BRT ecosystem.

We have set a formula for the minimum amount that you must behold to receive dividends. This formula is super easy. As for now, we have set 10,000 parts of shares on the whole ecosystem.

Let’s check the example. Now we have 4,000 BRT in circulation. So let’s calculate the minimum BRT amount on the address you have to hold to receive dividends. 4,000 / 10,000 = 0.4 BRT. Easy, right?

Okay, but what if active tokens will grow in the future? So the minimum amount will be increased. BRT token will be used also for some other services as a payment token. So if you are not eligible to receive BRT you will be able to use it in other ways.

This formula will help the ecosystem to stay stable and remove dust amounts from holders and will pay only real investors even with real low minimal.

Данная формула поможет сохранить целостность и стабильность всей экосистемы дивидендов, а также исключить мертвые аккаунты и аккаунты с неизмеримо мелкими суммами.

The ecosystem-based on Ripple source so every tx you transfer it burns some amount of coins.

There is a fixed of issue coins – 1048576 BRT.

No more coins will be issued in the future.
But this is a kind of "sleep" amount.

The real amount that in use now – 3808 BRT.

The rest of the tokens will be used only for new projects in fundraising campaigns. So on each sale, some new tokens will be added to the whole dividend ecosystem.

As of we are not running any ICO there is no hard cap. But hard cap for each participated project is determined by each project individually.

Hi there. Yes, agree with you that most of the time passive income is not true.
But in our case, we are talking about a project who sells kind of its own shares. We already have some kind of protection and also plan to protect more with the law in the future.
But as we talk for now we have our own project – Cointrapper. That represents the trading algorithm in the cryptocurrency market and also will work as long as the volatility of the market will stay good.
We plan to add projects, not from online-only but offline segments also. It will give diversification of actives by investors. BRT also has a protection plan for investors with buyback tokens the same price investors bought it. To make it possible BRT ecosystem also has a little fee on all investments.

The first and the main thing we do not make ICO. Only already working and proved project will be allowed to join the ecosystem and raise some funds.

But yes. BRT Team also audit all requests before it will be published to the vote system by BRT holders. After that investors vote for it using tokens and also audit myself. So it gives at least 2 layers of protection before project comes to fundraising.

At the moment we do not have a whitepaper but we are going to make it. The project had an idea to start as a working solution already. We did not have ICO or any plans to gather many funds. The way we choose is moving next step by step with proves of working idea. But we will finish Whitepaper soon also

Hi there. It's a good question. As for now, we have only one project that launched in the ecosystem – Cointrapper. It's our team's project. So this one was just added to it.

If we talk about the next projects that will get the possibility to participate and get funded with BRT Network there are several layers of protection from kind of Scam:

1. Each next project that will be added to BRT Network first need to go through votes that made by investors (BRT holders)
2. If the project passes 1st protection layer and gets listed project can participate in investment rounds.
3. Another layer of protection – once investment of project finished – the project gets 50% of funds and 30% of funds only after it fulfills custom project requirements (need to payout minimum amount of dividends). If the project did not go through this 30% is distributed through all BRT holders.
4. Another way of lowering the risk is that 12% of each investment round goes as dividends also to all previously BRT active addresses. So it gives early entry to whole ecosystem most profitable for investor.

There is risk that project may be a scam but its kind of very low.

- Only working projects allowed to participate.
- BRT team also accept or decline request first.
- Investors take decisions to allow or no.
- Project gets only 50% of funds first and rest of amount only when it's started to work and pay dividends

Well in case if even project will get out of the ecosystem and will not pay dividends it will get bad reputation in the internet. But if we talk about dividends and whole ecosystem another projects should pay dividends. So in that particular case token price can be corrected and there is no critical issue.

That's the point of diversification and also why we launched first proved project that will adjust token price and add great support to the whole dividend system.
