You can investing your money in multiple altcoin bu do not choose without check on coin market cap altcoin, always buy with top altcoin on crypto market like ether, bch or ripple. Never buy altcoin have under one hundred position in exchange market because is not have potential higher price at the future.
But investing on non top 100 currency in cmc is also good for testing our luck, like 10% of our portofolio investing on not famous coin because the price pump could be more higher if the coin's future is good

It is somewhat tragic when you ask a question in their Telegram only to see the post get buried under a flood of posts by bots and useless users who are just pumping out trash. Even if somebody managed to read the question and answered it, it would be almost impossible to find the reply.

What is the source of this data as you are saying the price is showing amazing results along with rise of BTC but from last few months it lost its value and not following the trend of BTC. Anyway this is nice investment opportunity for strong hands as its available on cheap price.

So many scam literally, however some investors judge easily the project due to other project ended up losing value and they learned a lesson from it. 
It is impossible to find the legit project before ICO/IEO their promotion seems to be very active but when it comes to reality it is impossible to find their developments. During their fundraising stage they will attend lots of conferences in order to get more awareness and once after raising enough money they are very silent without any product development.

True you said that the most frequently successful IEOs are exchanges with good market backgrounds and these good exchanges are Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, Okex, and Bitforex and some of them are not which is good for me because often the price of the token does not improve as it enters the platform exchange.
Yes, you are right the successful IEO's are from the potential exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, Okex etc. Of course, IEO's already listed on those exchange cannot able to increase their value but only from the Binance those coins has given very good profit to the investors.
Now a day, it is impossible for a bounter hunter to register on different exchanges because most of the exchanges will ask for KYC and we shouldn't keep the same password. Scam project taints the whole crypto. Just look how it affected ICO. It made investors lose faith in ICOs which resulted to majority of ICO failing and legitimate and good project not gaining enough budget for project development.

Any good project must be based on sound fundamentals but to me what differentiate good projects that succeeded and those that do not is sound marketing behind their project, this is one thing in the space that is really lacking, what most of these projects rely on is using Twitter influencers and this can only do 1/10th of what needed to be done. Until this is looked into critically, not when you want to raise money but after the platform is up and running
