Basic public services are citizens' constitutional rights, which have been affirmed by Law No. 25/2009 concerning Public Services. Among them are the poor quality of public service products; low / lack of access to public services for vulnerable groups (poor, women), people with disabilities; poor quality of public service delivery and unclear complaint mechanisms and dispute resolution.

I think you need college. Higher education provides a great opportunity to get the best job. By having the knowledge and practical skills acquired during college, we will get a much greater opportunity to get good job opportunities and in accordance with our expertise.
