Re: Business failure among small-scale entrepreneurs
by

I would like to add following things to the list

1 -  Wrong timing of the Product:
Even though your product is excellent, sometimes business fails because market is not ready to buy or understand your product

2 - Poor Marketing:
Marketing is crucial for any business. If you do marketing at wrong section of people, your marketing fails and so your business.
And there is one other factor - which is the external factor
Like the product were released at good time and marketing too was good but COVID damaged everything. Sometime we can't do anything.. When the big businesses were falling mask making companies flourish like crazy. This is called. Luck

True. Natural disasters are not in our control. And also Luck.

Its true that people are very cautious in the bear market. But a nice project will get success in bear market. Nice project means which has good utility, valid business model and also which is not experimental. However, such projects are very rare.

Youtube : Another Myspace
by
burugcrypto
on 15/10/2022, 06:14:51 UTC
YouTube is dying. And it could very well become the next Myspace by 2030. The parameters for YouTube’s failure are exactly how they were for Myspace.

YouTube isn’t Attracting a Younger Audience. According to a recent report from Promo Research, YouTube isn’t the most popular social media platform among teenagers in the U.S, that title belongs to TikTok.

TikTok is the fastest-growing social media platform in the world. In just three years the Chinese social media app has amassed over 1 billion active users;

Unlike YouTube, TikTok’s audience is large and it’s growing at an unprecedented rate. But that’s not the only way TikTok is taking over where YouTube failed.

YouTube recently had to create a “Shorts” feature with 60-second videos in an attempt to mimic TikTok’s short-form videos. This led TikTok to float around that they will be releasing long-form videos of up to 10-minutes for their creators.

This is the two platforms officially declaring war on each other — but one has an aging audience while the other has captured younger generations.

YouTube is Dead, Artistically and Creatively

YouTube is tantamount to Myspace in more ways than one.
Before Myspace fell it had become entirely corporatized. The website featured ads and content from celebrities and Fortune 500 companies instead of the independent artists that made it what it was.

The same thing is happening to YouTube. The platform is a corporate wasteland filled with ads, clickbait, product placements, and it favors content from celebrities over independent users.

YouTube caters to the established artist, musician, or celebrity. If you’re not one of those then it’ll be harder for you to get monetized and make it a career.

Re: What’s going to make Bitcoin turn from a downward to an upward trend?
by

on 14/10/2022, 13:58:54 UTC
Hype can keep the price high only for certain time.

Acceptability and usability should be increased. Its the permanent solution.

Either big corporates or atleast one developed country should start accepting bitcoin as a payment

by

Business is needed to run the Social media. But what you told is true.
The primary focus of the social media entities should be Socializing and next is business

But Everyone wants money. Money is given more priority than Socializing

Once again, don't invest in the brand new project.

If everyone follows it, How does new projects grow? Just because something is new, it is not scam. Every popular project is new one at once.

Let me give you list of detecting scams

1. Check website. By looking at website, We can determine a project is scam or not. Check for details. Scam projects trg to keep information as less as possible.

However, Super scamsters may pass this test by creating a authentic feel like site.

2. Check whitepaper and what coin actually does.  Utility is something scam projects doesn’t usually have.

3. Check whether they are selling coins from their site itself. If any project sells coins from its own website, its scam for sure

4. KYC can be manipulated.  Just because dev come live doesn’t mean they are authentic. Scamsters hire people to do KYC or appear in Telegram lives.

5. Scamsters doesn’t keep their communication open. Telegram chat should be open. Check how they reply. Whetehr they are desparate to get money or more concerned about project.

There are lot of ways to detect a scam project. Its easy many times. Hard few times. But if you get doubt, skip it.

Re: What do you think about CBDCs?
by
burugcrypto
on 10/10/2022, 14:57:35 UTC
...I know what is CBDC is. I don't consider it as Cryptocurrency only in first place as it lacks the feature of Decentralisation and controlled by Central banks.
The first thing you have to ask is do these banks even consider CBDCs as cryptocurrencies? I have yet to hear someone from the Government or the bank say that. The point is there is no reason for us to argue whether it's a crypto or not when the one issuing it doesn't think it is.

I guess even they know they are not cryptocurrencies but a fiat in digital form.

But I am sure they will call it as a cryptocurrency in the public to make people distance from real cryptocurrencies like bitcoin etc .

Now we have the option of working remotely. There are many resources to work remotely.

So wherever available , Employees should opt the option of working remotely and shift to cheaper locations and save the cost of living. With less than half amount they spend in sillion valley or NY, they can live more luxuriously at other places.

Its best option.
