@thorRJ : Does the job seeker have to pay any extra fees if he qualifies and gets a job using The RCRT?
For the moment it is not planned. The idea of this project is to promote recruitment on an anonymous basis and on skills rather than on conventional CVs. And of course, it is possible to respond to offers from around the world
@allan83 : I think than your project should have other form to engagement of the users to than have so much users active. Just is a suggest. Example: trivia, use of your logo how avatar to give rewards for promote or give rolls how incentive to each roll give reward.
Thanks for your suggestion for logo use. But i don't know if you have noticed, there are already roles in discord channel based on activity. As soon as the'll be filled, we could rewards people by role.
@apple96 : I really look forward to the formal start of this project. It is a good idea to connect future employees with companies, and offer them a lot of possibilities, all this with the blockchain technology. It is a very good concept, I hope that the project advances positively and that soon we can buy RCRT in an exchange.

Bon je résume. Quand tu participes à l'ICO (comme moi), tu obtiens des tokens qui apparaissent sur my.electroneum ou sur le "pseudo" wallet android. Tu peux à partir de leur site créer un "Offline Paper Wallet" qui te donne 3 clefs :
- une private spend key
- une public wallet key
- une private view key
Et pour tout vous dire... après, je comprends rien ! Dans la petite notice explicative, ils disent que pour déposer des ETN sur ce "paper wallet", il faut envoyer les coins à l'adresse publique...
Est-ce à dire que les coins ne sont pas encore disponibles pour être transféré sur les exchanges ?

Oui, les coins venant de l'ICO ne peuvent pas encore être envoyé. Pour ceux minés c'est déjà bon.

nouveau sur le monde l'ICO et de la crypto en général, j'ai fait un petit test en participant à la vente du token. J'ai créé un compte, envoyer des bitcoins pour acheter pour 50 $ de tokens et ma transaction a été confirmée... environ 7000 ;-D.
Mais j'ai une question ! Comment ça se passe après .-DDDDD

Ils envoient les tokens vers une adresse ou faut ils les rapatrier vers un wallet ? après le 31 octobre ils seront échangeables sur une plateforme genre bittrex avec un cours ?

Se constituer un portefeuille d'altcoins pour 3 à 5 ans - quelle stratégie ?
Bonjour à tous,
nouveau sur le monde la crypto, je tente de me renseigner avant d'investir dans la crypto. J'essaie de voir comment faire un portefeuille diversifiée et rentable dans l'optique d'un gain important sur un délai de 3 à 5 ans. Je suis bien conscient que viser un gain important génère plus de risques que d'investir sur du bitcoin ou de l'éthereum uniquement... et que "NOUS NE DEVONS ENGAGER QUE DES SOMMES QUE NOUS POUVONS NOUS PERMETTRE DE PERDRE"... amen
!
Mes objectifs :
- investir entre 1000 et 2000 $ en une ou deux fois ;
- ne pas faire de trading (ou a minima) et" holder" au maximum pendant 3 à 5 ans ;
- investir avec un risque plutôt important ;
- diversifier les altcoins pour limiter le risque.
En clair pour moi :
- miser sur dix monnaies risquées qui peuvent faire x100 en 3 ans plutôt que sur une monnaie qui peut faire X1000 ou une monnaie qui fera au maximum X10... au risque bien sûr de tout perdre
- en se disant aussi qu'une monnaie sur laquelle tu as misée 100 $ qui fait X100 te fait gagner 10 000 $ et que si tu perds sur les neufs autres sur lesquelles tu as aussi misé 100 $ tu as perdu 900 $...
Ce que j'en retiens :
- miser sur des monnaies déjà fortement capitalisées pour qu'elles survivent dans ce délai (top 20 de coinmarketcap environ) ;
- miser sur des monnaies qui ont un gain multiplicateur important (et diviseur aussi donc !) et donc une faible valeur aujourd'hui ?;
- diversifier les familles (monnaies, monnaies anonymes, monnaies sociales, monnaies "vie réelle", ...) et ça pour tout vous dire, ce n'est pas évident de comprendre et de classifier ;
- miser sur des monnaies basées sur des "corrélations financières" variées : lien avec l'Ethereum ou le Bitcoin par exemple... et ça, pour tout vous dire, j'y arrive pas !
J'en arrive donc aux altcoins suivantes sur lesquelles je compte miser environ 100 $ :
Très probable : Stratis, Waves, Neo, TenX
Probable : Ark, IOTA, Verge, Siacoin, OmiseGo,
J'hésite : Verge, Nem, Ripple, Civic, Storj, Golem, SolarCoin

Concernant Ripple, après recherches, effectivement, je m'interroge... je prends aussi bonne note des conseils qui m'ont été donnés.
Par contre, je repose ma question ;-D... quelqu'un habite t'il en Nouvelle-Calédonie ? Parce que bon... il y fait bon vivre et ce serait sympa d'échanger un direct autour d'un verre parce que quand on commence à s'interesser à ce domaine on a 10 000 questions... je paie le(s) verre(s) mais je ne paie pas le billet d'avion ;-D !
Plus sérieusement c'est un peu galère pour acheter des bitcoins... j'ai réussi sur Coinmana mais pour un site où tu peux récupérer tes bitcoins en espèce sonnantes et trébuchantes c'est plus compliqué... on a des banques agréées SEPA Pacifique et c'est pas compatible avec beaucoup de sites. Du coup, j'ai tenté avec Bitstamp, je vous tiens au courant !

J'ai une question en plus, newbie que je suis !!! : apparemment quasi l'ensemble des altcoins dans lesquelles je souhaites investir (waves, omisego, nem, iota, ark) sont corrélées avec le bitcoin qui lui semble encore en baisse. Du coup, il me semble opportun d'attendre un prix plancher pour le bitcoin (difficile à prévoir ;-DDD) afin d'investir dans ces altcoins... vous en pensez quoi ?
