Are funds held in escrow?
No. Trust agents have a voting power that allows them to tip the outcome in favor of either the buyer or the seller, but does not allow them to take funds to themselves or use them in any other way without the permission of either the buyer or the seller.
This means that trust agents act as arbiters for the transactions, but do not operate an escrow account.

I've used it for trades here several times, works perfectly. Plus it links to all your accounts so people can get a good trust assessment of someone fairly quickly if they have an account there. Looks me up, same name as here.
I only wish they offered multiple currencies.

Problem happen when i plug in the 5th card - Rx560 4G
The miner wont start. (suspect issue with fifth card so disconnect one of the 470 and run with 4 card including the 560, still wont start)

RX and R9 don't run well on the same board. Different drivers. You're gonna have to start a new rig for your RX cards.

Pandaminer GPU's now crash when I go to mine. all cards recognized at least one will crash, always gpu4 then claymore goes to reboot and freezes

swapped panda shitbox psu for my other panda shitbox psu and now all cards are working, still way under where I'm supposed to be but .. you were absolutely right
Invest in some server PSUs with breakouts. Deepinthemines has some on his shop and ebay.
I've got HP PSUs that have been running at 90% for 3 years now. I upgrade the miners and keep using them.
As far as the driver issues you are having, you might see if the OS has a rollback feature enabled. Disconnect it from the internet so it doesn't update when it boots. You can take it back to a time when the drivers were working.
Also, whenever installing drivers: uninstall, restart, install, restart.

Please note: I had a very unfortunate incident today in which my commercial space was completely flooded due to the gross negligence of a tenant above me. Losses are significant, I have spent all day moving my inventory off-site and salvaging what I could. It's almost double the price of the dealers down the street (not that i would know...) Some believe it is safer than going out in the real world and dealing with shady people. TOR with a VPN and pretty secure, but getting packages has never been. It's a numbers game, the more you order, the higher chance of getting caught. Although there are ways around the package problems, they just take time and money.
