the t versions save power.
But this ebay CPUs are really not cheap. Actually I need at least 100 PCS Celeron G4930 for Biostar TB360-BTC PRO (it support only 8 and 9th gen.)
Several weeks ago my buying price was around 31 USD (BOX, new, 3 year warranty). But now no stock, and all Intel distributors tell me, that Intel is not able to deliver them...

Asus Workstation series motherboard WS Z390 PRO for socket 1151 seems to have different PLX chip, so it should support 4 GPU in x8.

absolute nonsence.
There have never been such huge jumps in the history of two generations of miner.
Total litecoin hashrate is for example "only" aprox. 200TH.

Where did you order it? Asicminermarket?
Did you pay them in BTC? If yes, what rate of exchange they used? How is it differ from Bitstamp/Bitfinex?

They deliver, they resell a lot of Baikal miners, but they are not too much reliable, especially bad communications if something defective in warranty.
on the architecture, the difference between the two is only on RAM and chipset. if Asrock DDR3 and CPU Socket 1150 then TB250 DDR4 and CPU Socket 1151. Asrock H81 cheaper than TB250 but TB250 has the M2 slot for can used add a GPU again. in the performance on mining both the same good.
if you want to save a bit money, you can choose Asrock but if you want to add 7 GPU you can choose TB250 and buying M2 to PCIe adapter (if using M2 slot)

TB250 BTC is OK, but there are sometimes compatibility problems with cheap M.2-PCIE adapters
