Look how far it has come though. I remember when there were no companies at all with venture capital and now they are everywhere.  If bitcoin can come this far it can keep going and reach mainstream. We are all just impatient.

Of course it will kill the income tax especially in the US where taxes are crazy and illegal.  It could make the end of the US government and the beginning of high unemployment which will be bad for everybody. There will be a lot of chaos I think.

At this point nothing can stop bitcoin form continuing to grow. Bitcoin my not be perfect but people need it and other people are addicted to it. Bitocin is not going to stop or die.

The people that have no internet in 3rd world countries are so far behind even if they have heard of it they wont be using it for a long time. Mexico, Brazil, Africa. Internet use is minimal there and everything is based on the internet. The sad thing is that they need it the most.

If bitcoin forks over block size it will be very bad for the entire community because it will scare merchants away. They will always wonder what will happen next but that looks like that is where we are headed sooner or later.

I met a guy that was doing the same thing about 6 months ago. I think he went with disrupting taxes as his thesis if my memory serves me correctly.

Then everybody will wonder why and want to use them. The ban would not work anyway and it will make the government look really bad. There is a country in South America that has banned it but I dont remember which onw.
