The special offer for existing shareholders is as follows. There are two options.

1) Purchase additional shares at a 20% discount. This brings the price per share to .0008 instead of .001.

2) Reserve shares with a 50% deposit with the remainder being paid off with dividends.

This option works like this.

You want to reserve 1000 shares which would normally cost 1 BTC. You would send .5 BTC instead.
...

50% of 1000 shares @.0008 is .4, not .5BTC.

Could you sweeten the deal a bit and let me buy in @20% discount with 100% layaway?  I'll take the rest of the share off your hands & pay with 50% of my dividends.
thx.

As I understand it, there's option 1, where you can get a 20% discount off of face value. There's also option 2 where you do the 50% deposit. The two are totally separate; the 20% face discount doesn't apply to the second option.

Oh well.  I'd still take the shares @ 100% layaway & pay OP off with 50% of my dividend payments.  Awesome deal for OP, he can just deduct the 50% from the divs before sending them.  100% guarantee that I won't pull a runner.
To make this thing absolutely irresistible, I'll pay OP 150% for his shares (that's .0015).  As long as OP lets me have them on 100% (instead of 50%) credit.

When share "capital" can be paid in Bitcoin then it would be considered that we raised capital and not just Bitcoin. Until then what we have done is crowd funded Bitcoin also when that day arrives we are all going to be very happy, due to the fact that it is another step towards legitimacy for Bitcoin.

There are no funds of the companies stuck in WeEx just my own personal funds hence why I am trying to help resolve that issue whenever I get a chance.

The remaining shares that are sold will be held in reserve and or towards what shall become public knowledge on Saturday.

I'm sorry, but what is this comment apropos of?  How did your "personal funds" and WeEx enter into this conversation?  We don't seem to be on the same page.

The question we're trying to answer is this:

...
I would like to know , what is the legal position of this PT shares offered by TAT on exchanges like Havelock ... since LMB Holdings is legal company, but the investors are anonymous(we didn't provide any ID), is this still kosher in the eyes of law? How they registered things?

The only shares for sale that have proceeds go directly to Neo, are the ones available at lmb-holdings.com. None of the shares trading on Havelock are being sold by Neo, they are all private shareholders trading on the open market.

I read it again. So when we were buying shares on Havelock via 1st IPVO offering(it was no direct shares offering back then), we were actually buying "TAT NEOBEE PT Shares" which were paid by you before AND are registered as direct shares of LMB Holdings to TATi's official name? Or what is the legal status of shares we're holding? How your accountant firm will be able to legally pay dividends in BTC for anonymous investors? Just curious, how company handle this.

Well, that is the whole thing about bitcoin, anonymity. As long as Neo is transparent with accounting (I trust them so I see no problem on this), the proportional dividends are received via your public address. I do not see any legal implementation needed. All the records are in the blockchain.

Well, the whole thing about being outside of the law is the shit can hit the fan any time.  That's partially why some prefer to be on the right side of it.

My point is that bitcoin nature does not need to comply in terms of holding shares of a company and receiving dividends. This is a internal company matter and in a bitcoin company the difference is that you do not need a bank account to receive dividends or buy/sell shares. You are questioning the bitcoin concept rather than how Neo is managing shares and dividends. Other different thing is how the company operations comply with existent law. This for sure needs full compliance.

Well, no.  Havelock, an allegedly Panamanian exchange where NeoBee shares are being traded, is an exchange just like BTCT (shut down 'coz law) and BitFunder (ditto), to name the most recent.  Trading unregistered securities on an unlicensed exchanges is problematic, regardless of the underlying currency.  The law can take away your coin (see WeEx), shut down exchanges (see above), or, as a minimum, complicate things.  It should be taken seriously, regardless of obeying it.  That's why the original question was asked.  Wouldn't you like to know the answer?

Edit: Guys, if its an issue with bitcoind, why wouldn't he go ahead and ask for help publicly? That stuff would be fixed within hours/ a couple days. I mean he's highly incompetent, but that would be hilarious.
He did ask for help publicly.. The answer from the bitcoind devs was that the client wasn't made for wallets of that size.

Edit: And he couldn't easily use another wallet as peope suggested because he had inserted some custom code in his bitcoind client.
He is allegedly now working on migrating his system to use a newer version of the bitcoind client. The newer version of bitcoind does not need his custom code due to a new feature and it fixes the block issue. He don't know yet whether it will also fix the restarting issue.

First the bitcoind stops bitcoinding so you can't get them pesky bitcoins out, and then bitcoins unbitcoin all by themselves right out of that stubborn bitcoind.
Sometimes it feels like them bits just conspire against Ukyo.

The only proven liar on here who we can say for certain has lied to try to benefit his own share position is VE/Canadianguy.

He deliberately lied about having a VMC machine. He then lied about being paid 5btc by zumzero.

Nothing but speculation at best and probably FUD.  We need proof.
