I don't use stake.comIsn't there away of converting your ETH to USDT. I think I remember some casinos that had some form of internal exchange. It must be so annoying watching the value of ETH go down yet there's nothing you can do.
I see you added some more details at casinoguru. The process over there is surely slow, but there will be progress over time. There's no hope from here. I can see a backlog of cases, but their representative hasn't logged in for a while to respond to them.
yeah I lost 157 -> 82k
anyway will be my mistake and I accept it later on in future, eth will raise up so 120-130k will be acceptable loss.

Like I said, I think the main problem here is the fact that you deposited a bigger amount of money but only gave limited amount of action, then even proceeded to withdraw instantly. Red flags all over the place and I am not surprised they instantly requested KYC and all that.
Of course it's not normal but annoying to wait that long for a final solution. They should just reopen your account, give you the chance to complete the 1x rollover and then let you withdraw. All that of course if you didn't violate any other rules we haven't heard about yet.

I didn't violate anything rest, I didn't do multi-accounting or trying to rob them/launder like previous guys did, just did a mistake which I've already paid by time and losing money of course (160k on peak, now around 97-100 so -60k)
I don't unserstand you are only trying to withdraw your deposit or there are winnings on top of your deposit in your balance? It's not the same thing. In one case the casino won't lose any money if you withdraw your funds, in the other one they will lose something from you. How much have you won precisely?

after these words i went and made a deposit through exch.cx (43 eth, around 90k), put the money on stake, and went and played 3 dice for 10k$, won all 3 (i made the weakest bet, but in any case it was a stupid bet that i won), and after that the next day i tried to withdraw the money

they asked me to go through levels 1-4, i went through them in a few months while i was busy with family problems (i didn't use fake documents or anything like that), and after that in January i got a modest "wait".
I am not accusing you of anything, but why it took a few months for you to provide KYC? I mean it is quite a long time for delivering documents.
And if you have verification process still going on or you have completed KYC fully.

2) Why took longer - because stake refused to accept lvl3/lvl4, and asked me to provide for 3 months bills+payments, and after I did provide 3 months they asked for 6 months bills.

One more thing, don't contact anybody some members here are giving you their contact info. Unlike it's holydarkness I wouldn't trust anybody that says "I know a guy that can help you...." . This often ends bad. Only use the official stake contacts you already have.
There has been a case some days ago where some guy lost thousands of btc because some cashinoguru impersonator got the better of him. Don't be one of those victims and be careful!

What was your deposit and how much of the deposit did you wager in those 3 dice rolls. If you deposit like 100k,, make 3 dice rolls of 33.33k on 1.01 and then try to withdraw of course the alarm bells go off because it 10000% looks like money laundry.
Also if you didn't even wager the deposit you can't withdraw anyway. Also, it looks very suspicious to deposit a high amount and trying to withdraw after 3 dice rolls that take like 10 seconds.

Too bad, OP should proceed to report their issue in CasinoGuru, let us see if they will be able to escalate the issue and get stake to resolve it as soon as possible.

So it is safe to say that your account has been locked, since you cannot withdraw, deposit or do anything at all and when you contacted support, they didn't give you any reason why your account was locked and asked you to complete KYC, which you did. But you cannot still withdraw.
I would like to know, was your account restricted immediately after a big win which you tried to withdraw? Because that is something i noticed that a lot of casinos do these days. In addition to all the suggestions you have received, i will tag @Holydarkness here, let us see if he can be of some help to you.

I was in a same situation with stake.com 27k usdt stuck completed all levels and nothing for 3 weeks until I meet someone on a forum and he was able to finally realize my funds but my account was no good to play after that but at least got the money out

hello there, I can't provide proper talk w/ support because it was on Russian language, but they asked me to do lvl1-4 which I've did, and after successful verification (I passed lvl1-4 no worries) they said that they will contact me in chat for next 48h. 48h passed, 3 days later they said "respond team will answer you within 24h", and nothing happens for 1 month. idk what actually happened, but their team just ghost me for literally no reason, and eth is down already (from 160k it went to 108k~), and i understand it can keep being forever and chained, so asking there, how I can move the process? because I just keep ignored by stake support and I understand they're lowest level which will do nothing.
