does anyone know where i can find any information on GAW hosted asic services? i just have no clue how it works. how hard is it to get it sent to me if i want it at my house? how is the 2.5% fee paid?

[/quote

Pretty sure the 2.5% gets taken off your hash rate and I think you can request them to send your miner out wheneve you want it but you might have to double check that

Recieved my fury very quickly hashing at 1.3mh/s just kicking myself that I cancelled my other 9. I thought they would be too big and noisy but they are actually quite small and quieter the gridseeds.

thanks gaw for quick delivery and support

my falcons only mining at 8Mh/s..... hopefully it will go up. and good to know about the pause trick. i was clicking it a thousand times to try and read it quick!

your chip count needs to be 128 you have it at 64 maybe that will fix it?

I was doing the exact same thing trying to get the error message up glad milesbitcoin told me about the pause function

this is beyond pissing me off. I tried using the zencontroller and that isnt working. Just sits on searching for zencontroller on the website. and here is my .bat file

cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://power.wemineltc.com:3333 -u user.worker -p x --nocheck-golden --chips-count 64 --ltc-clk 328 -S COM17 (also tried COM4 with and without the slashes)

CGMiner says something like icarnus failed to open COM(Whatever i put in 4 or 17)
Then says All devices disabled, cannot mine

Seriouesly what is the problem? Ive never had so much trouble with a single miner!!!

editted my post and what do you mean add pause to my .bat??

at the end of your bat file press enter twice then type in pause save it. when you run it you will get to see the error message

Hi

can anybody please help me I have just received my fury today but no zencontroller yet. I have no idea how to run it with cgminer3.1.1 I have the right driver installed but I do not know how to build a miner. when I had gridseeds I just watched some youtube tutorials and downloaded cgminer and it was ready to use. can anybody please help it will be much appreciated

create a miner.bat file in inside the cgminer folder. Copy the code below into the .bat file and change the pool address, user name and password to match where you want to mine. Open device manager and find the com port of the fury, change the COM port in .bat file to match.

Save and double click the miner.bat file.

example:
cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://us.clevermining.com:3333 -u 1KQxLLQNxgn2upd4TtGbtiRdm3f5UWC9k8 -p x --nocheck-golden --chips-count 6 --ltc-clk 328 -S //./COM4
When you created the bat fie did you change the comport in it. Change com4 to com17
thanks but still having no luck I got cgminer from https://gawminers.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202184744-cgminer-source-and-config?utm_source=Customer+List&utm_campaign=fe44872274-zenminer-server-status&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_610f65bd5c-fe44872274-130325241
I don't know what else I need to do I soon as I open the bat file it closes again any other ideas? thanks again

Download and insall Silicone Labs CP210 Windows Drivers for the device here:

http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/pages/usbtouartbridgevcpdrivers.aspx

Reboot and try again.

thanks but already done that. the drive that is installed is silicone labs cp210 com17 still can't get it to work

On the end of the bat file did you change com4 to com17

yes think I have it sorted now the problem was I didn't put the windows file in with the cgminer file wouldn't of figured that out without the pause function many thanks. does anybody how I can post a image to see if this is how it should be?

I have ten furys on order but these aren't pocket sized I don't think I have the room to run all of these

10? Why didn't you just get a Black Widow at that price?  Less wires and less components.

because I thought these were small and I have a bfl single before which was really loud I expected the black widow to be very similar

There the size of your hand.. should be no problem finding room.

Hi I live with my parents and they do not like me mining also the last lot of gridseeds that I had, had to be run in a wardrobe because of the space issue and the noise. I could be wrong but from the picture of the blizzard these look pretty big and loud I was expecting something usb size. or at least something smaller than a gridseed

I have a few sets of 10 gridseeds.  They were advertised at 3.3 Mh/s per set.  My actual hashing speed is 2.84 Mh/s, which is about 86% efficiency.

Are the new ASIC's advertised hashing speed estimated?  Or have they been verified/tested as accurate speeds (e.g. 54 Mh/s  for the War Machine)?

Mine were running at 360 kh/s each, are you dual mining or not using cg. I have found cgminer gave me the best results
