Please let me know whats goin on with my  Case #: 9029

as it stands right now, i just gave my bookies guys the sofa, the 72 inch vizo television and my 5 year old daughters bird...cage and all   Sad

seriously though.....if i get my coins soon..shit i've already waited 3 day...i'm getting off track, yes i am livid right about now but i would use bitinstant again ....if...i get the other half of my order i placed around 11 am
on the 11th of this month.....then yes.

until then i'll remain here and see what happens because right now i cannot do a damn thing about it and that really irks me  Angry

chrome, firefox, comodo and IE all 4 of those browsers as well as an emulator browser all give me this same msg:

Please Verify Your ID

You have failed authentication too many times, please wait a week before trying again.


i dont know how i could have failed...my information was true   Shocked


ZipZap had no problems with verification...just sayin  Smiley


i just want to make sure that i can still remain as a happy BitInstant customer in the future  Smiley

So that was just a ruse to calm us down?

i said i'll check the blockchain in 45 min and that will be in 5 minutes  LOL

i'll give it a full hour before i say anything,  and seriously, the bitinstant website tells me that it was unable to verify me Shocked

zipzap had no problems verifying me, why does bitinstant keep telling me that it cant verify me and to wait a week  LOL

(slaps Forehead with a hammer)   Grin

i'm just going to go poop and when i come back i'll check the blockchain and let you all know Smiley

For what it's worth, i've been a BI customer for around 7 months and never had any problems until tuesday june 11 2013. I've lost my head about this because i have seen others in complaining about BI.
Until now, i never took it to heart.
    Right now i am confused and very disgruntled  Angry

Heck, the BI website cant even verify my information  Shocked

For some of us that have been around for the short time as i have (7+ months) that have faithfully used
BitInstant, i Respectfully ask....Please get me my coins and verify my information so i can continue to be a Customer of BitInstant.

We work over the weekend.  If your issue has a resolution over the weekend then we'll be ready to fix it and let you know of that resolution regardless of what day it is.
