The Orderbook KYC verification is for those that are using their platform to trade.  If I recall correctly, Users can withdraw regardless of whether or not they've completed the verification process. In other words, You can withdraw without being verified.

I tried to pass the verification on Orderbook - I could not. I was refused. Have written "STATUS: INCORRECT". I am a Russian citizen. They did not accept my documents.
